Continuity mistake: Max finds Dave inside his food truck and shows him the Nanny Cam footage of Dave sleepwalking - but Dave doesn't open his food truck until episode 7.
Continuity mistake: When the couple is in the boat when the creature appears, the woman is taking a picture and holding her phone in her left hand, she turns around and her left hand is raised and her right hand is on the boat edge. When the camera angle changes, her left hand is now on the boat and her right hand is lowered and holding the phone (confirmed when the camera angle changes again and she's in the same position, holding the phone in her right hand).
Continuity mistake: When Chris is trying to activate Hummingbird Power, his skin is suddenly lighter than in the previous shot.
Continuity mistake: When Jack is pouring Amanda a drink at the end of the episode he has a bottle in each hand. In the next shot he has only one, with his other hand holding the shaker.
Continuity mistake: When Tom starts shooting at the skitter in the food depot, the shots from his gun, the hits on the metal, and sound of ricochet are inconsistent with each other.
It's Gonna Kill Me, But I'll Do It - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: The recording of Bridget on the boat that Agent Machado plays is slightly different each time we hear it. The first time it says "Hello? Hello? It's my sister, can anyone hear me?" The second time, she only says "Hello?" once.
Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When the camera crew turn up to film a segment for BBC news, Warwick says that Anthony might freeze up in front of the 'cameras' and is told "It's only one camera". But when Warwick is watching it back on TV there are multiple shots of Warwick & Anthony, and the interviewer. (00:05:05 - 00:08:10)
Continuity mistake: Early in the show, Poppy Montgomery's character gets into bed with no bra. Yet in her flashback of that night, after rushing from her bed in the middle of the night to the murder victim, a black bra strap is visible. (00:03:15 - 00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Pati is shopping in the outdoor market. She is wearing thong-type sandals when she enters the market, but her shoes change to heeled sandals when she is leaving the market. (00:06:04 - 00:07:14)

Continuity mistake: When Kenda pulls up to the fast food drive-thru, he orders a #1, which the menu board says is $5.49, but when his order is brought out to him, he is told that he owes $3.59.
Continuity mistake: Chris has a blue dye pack explode on him, covering the front of his clown costume and face. But then shortly after, the dye is gone from his face and clothes.

Continuity mistake: The message Bay texts to Emmett reads, "R u ok? How's..." on Bay's screen, but the message reads, "You ok? How's..." on Emmett's screen. (00:19:40)
Episode Six - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: When Beverly and Carol are walking through the park, Carol begins having a conversation on her phone and Beverly begins to mimic what she is saying. Whilst this is happening, in the far background, there are two people shown walking in the opposite direction and also a man walking in the same direction as Beverly and Carol. As the shot ends the man is far past the other two walking in the opposite direction. The shot then changes and the man walking forwards and the other two people walking in the opposite direction walk past each other a second time.
Christmas Special: The Virgin Mammy - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: When Kathy is talking to Mrs Brown regarding her parties, Kath's hair repeatedly goes from normal hair to what looks to be clip ins.
Continuity mistake: Trish puts the Austin doll face down on the counter. Later in the scene the doll is face up.
Continuity mistake: When Josh has got out and they go looking for him, they find Aiden on a small bridge. From a distance he's got a very dark sweat stain on his shirt. In a closer shot it's faded to nearly nothing, and gets lighter/darker in different shots throughout the scene.
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
