Revealing mistake: While Suit is in a coma, there's a closeup of the monitor beside his bed showing Suit's vitals, and at the top of the monitor's screen are the words "adult simulating," with the timed "simulating" flashing off and on. There's also a strip of narrow filament tape covering "simulating," but the tape is transparent, so we can still see it flashing. (01:17:25)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Matthew McConaughey makes dinner to confront his parents and Sarah Jessica Parker about scheming to get him to move out his wine glass is magical. Before revealing he knows what is going on McConaughey stands up and drinks all of the wine in his glass and sets it back on the table. Seconds later, the wine glass has been magically refilled. And during his speech his wine glass jumps magically into his left hand before mysteriously returning to the table.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Haley is sitting in the bathtub full of ice, she is wearing a black sports bra. The shot then switches to some of the girls watching a news report from the Worlds competition. It then switches back to Haley, who is now wearing a gray sports bra.
Visible crew/equipment: When King Xerxes appoints Haman as his Regent he taps the scepter on Haman's signet ring, then there's a brief shot of Esther running in the rain, and in the next long shot we can see a crouching crew member, who's wearing a watch, at the lower, left side of the screen. This person is a bit visible in an earlier shot from the same angle. (01:41:05)
Continuity mistake: When Roger is drunk and getting into bed, his alarm clock changes from 11:39 back to 11:38.
Other mistake: When Bruce and Mos Def are running through the alley near the beginning, they run past a Chinese man who slams a dumpster lid shut. Once Bruce pulls out his gun to look back, that same man starts running because he gets scared. In the next shot, he continues running, but soon stops as if he thinks filming is over. This is visible right before the camera pans to the right.
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Mattie walks towards the toilet at her school, you can see there's a pencil in her hair pointing downwards. When she's inside the toilet, the pencil's direction and her hair have both changed.
Continuity mistake: When Syvia ignominiously trips at the beginning the flamenco lesson, she stays on the floor with her hand on her thigh in the close-ups, on the floor in the intermediate wider angle. (00:17:45)
