Visible crew/equipment: Just before Johnathan Taylor Thomas climbs into the fake Santa's sleigh to sleep for the night, he is talking to Santa and playing with his hand. On his lower chest is the shadow of the camera (since the light is coming from behind the camera), which disappears in the following angle.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the owner's speech near the start, there is a brief circling shot with a boom operator sitting on the railing behind him.
Visible crew/equipment: The first time we are introduced to Charlie and Sarah they are discussing the trip to Yosemite with John. As they walk through the school courtyard pay attention to the glass windows behind them (right side of the screen) and you can see a reflection of the camera and crew following in front of them. Visible crew/equipment: When the police officer asks Steve and Rachel "where are your books?" a car approaches and the film cuts to a shot of the officer standing outside Steve's car.
