Continuity mistake: When Charlie asks for the check in the restaurant, the check is brought and he reaches for it with his left hand. When Tony protests that he'd take care of the check, there is a shot from in front of Charlie and his *right* hand is trying to grab the check. It continues to switch between shots until Harriet grabs the check and pays for it herself.
Continuity mistake: Rocks destroys Daphne's house, and attempts to make it up to her by fixing her broken food bowl. He pushes the two pieces together with his nose, and they are not flush. In the next shot, he puts his head up and you can see that it's a full bowl without any cracks.
Continuity mistake: When the kids first react to Delores scraping her nails on the blackboard, a girl near the front of the class, (later revealed as 'Maria') wearing sunglasses, is in the process of sitting in a chair. When Delores then asks them to put the desks back, she is now sitting on top of a different desk further to the right, is now holding a magazine and no longer wearing sunglasses. The short time elapsed makes it impossible for her to have moved.
Continuity mistake: When Arnie and Jay arrive at their grandmother's candy store to stay with her, their Aunt Bella is making ice cream sundaes for them. Watch the whipped cream and cherries on top of both sundaes, they go from melted to fresh again between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the Detectives are talking to the Chief about the Blues the Chief is peeling an orange: which gets peeled, the skin is thrown down on the desk, then it gets peeled again until the detectives leave the room when the orange peel hits the desk again.
Continuity mistake: After Miranda sings for the hotel manager, her guitar case closes and zips itself in a split-second.
Continuity mistake: After her wedding to Jack Lemmon, Ann-Margret says goodbye to Walter Matthau by kissing him on the cheek. When the camera shows her, she places her left hand on his face. When the camera shows him, her left hand is on his shoulder. When the camera returns to her, her left hand is back on his face again.
Continuity mistake: When Sheela, Pru and their two dates leaves the house, Giddy is seen sitting upright by the table. When it cuts to a close-up of Giddy, she leans onto the table while resting her head on her hand. (00:38:05)
Continuity mistake: When Matt's trying to call the police Hexina jumps on his back. He shoves her off onto the floor where she lands without hitting anything. Yet somehow she's got a broken nail which heals up after that closeup shot.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the show Archie (Rosie O'Donnell's dog) jumps on Miguel Ferrer and they all fall in the pool. In the next scene, Miguel shoots Rosie, the cops shoot Miguel, then Archie is next to Rosie who is lying on the cement and the dog is dry.
Continuity mistake: When Doug is dropping Andi off at her apartment, Doug is holding her purse open so she can get her keys out. When Andi gets her keys out, there appears to be a packet of tissues in the purse near the front. After Andi tries to grab the purse away from Doug, the packet of tissues is no longer there.
Continuity mistake: When Josh and his father play a game of chess Josh's father picks up a piece from the centre of the board and moves it diagonally towards one of the flanks. In the next shot it is visible that the piece is a white rook, which can't move that way. Plus the previous shot shows both white rooks still standing in their original positions on the board.
