On the side of the cup he has Jack, Jack, Ace, Ace. He looks at the bottom and says he's got a full house, but the card value on bottom of cup is Queen, which leaves him with only two pair.
Character mistake: At the trial, the witness said that "With the first shot, we lost our gravitational field. I found myself weightless, and unable to function." However, the first shot caused the ship to start listing to port. It was the second shot that caused the gravitational failure.
Suggested correction: People misremember events all the time, especially if the events are unexpected and chaotic. At best a character mistake.

He could also simply be lying in order to explain why he did not do whatever he should have after the 1st shot, since he was an easy target for the intruders and did not die in battle, which would have been honorable. Klingons are not the most honest of people.
Character mistake: When Dolph is looking at the logo for the Red Dragon brewery, he says, "That arrogant scumbag mother fucker. He put the yakuza iron claw right on the logo." But, the iron claw is not the logo of the yakuza. It's the logo of the specific syndicate run by some members of the yakuza, as Dolph stated after ripping open the shirt of that guy in the interrogation room. So, he just wrongly stated what the logo really belonged to.
Character mistake: When Mike fights by the concession stand at the mall, the Reuben sandwich is misspelled on the menu in "Rueben." (00:06:35)
Character mistake: Whoever wrote the "homicide" memo on the captain's corkboard spelled "homicide" wrong.
Character mistake: When Shep and Charlie need to stop the aliens from tracing the power signal, he impatiently rips the driver's door off Charlie's Festiva because he was taking too long to unlock it. However, Shep gets into the car from the passenger side before Charlie has even retrieved his keys from the detached door. Why would Charlie leave the passenger door unlocked but make a point of locking the driver's door? (00:48:20)
Character mistake: When Chucky is looking up the information about Andy on the computer, the word juvenile is misspelled "juvinile."
Character mistake: Gail is interviewing Nick on the steps with a tape recorder. You can tell she's holding down the wrong buttons. The record button is in the up position. She's not recording anything.
