Revealing mistake: During the pirate attack, Rosencrantz sits up in bed, narrowly avoiding a sword that's thrust through the wall next to him. Just before the sword appears, the film jumps a little. It also jumps again just after the sword has been withdrawn and he lies back down. Clearly these two motions (him sitting up and down in bed and the sword appearing/disappearing) are two separate takes that were spliced together.
Revealing mistake: The Gremlin who throws the beaker full of acid has his arm operated by a stick, which is visible as he chucks the beaker. (01:08:05)
Revealing mistake: When Graham and Stella are in bed, the camera shows only their arms intertwined as if he's lying on top of her. She's gasping loudly in response to his thrusting, but their arms never move back and forth to reflect this, so it's clear they're not really having sex.

If you actually look at the bed, it isn't jiggling like a water bed should and the water is just spraying out even in places he isn't stabbing.

Revealing mistake: Vinnie places two coin-filled water bottles in the trunk of his car and closes the trunk. As he is walking around the car to get in, the back of the car suddenly sinks down, which by itself indicates a special effect, as springs don't behave that way. But in addition, the rear tires, which would appear flattened if under a heavy load, are completely unaffected by all that "weight."

Bobby will move his feet to the T. Also when a criminal begs for Nash's help because he killed someone, and Nash walks forward, look on the floor to see another tape T, and what do ya know, Nash stops right on the T.
