Factual error: After the passenger door gets ripped off the Oldsmobile Toronado, a female voice is heard repeating that the "passenger door is ajar." While the Toronado was available with an optional Voice Alert system, the GM system used a male voice.
Continuity mistake: When Fuller falls to his death, the mannequin used as his stand-in gets decapitated on its way down. It even makes a loud noise. When Fuller lands, however, his head is still on his shoulders.
Revealing mistake: In the scene at the graveyard, after the Warlock assembles the Grand Grimoire and commands it to say God's true name, the fake headstone behind him starts to fall over. (01:33:02)

Character mistake: Despite being blind, Erika Breen's able to locate light switches and door knobs throughout the movie without feeling for them like a blind person would do.
Continuity mistake: Barbara Carrera's Priscilla has shoulder long hair most of the time yet at one point she's sporting a ponytail that reaches her waist.
Character mistake: When the platoon is walking to the village the next morning after the firefight in the jungle the previous night Brownie is shown walking with no sleeves on his fatigues then later on right before he's shot and killed by the VC he's shown with sleeves on but rolled up when talking to Ericsson near the farmer in the rice paddy.
Factual error: The song "Do You Wanna Funk?" by Sylvester, was released in 1982. However, the film uses this song in a dance club scene which the film identifies occurring on July 3,1981.
Revealing mistake: Obvious stuntman in a flame resistant suit when Eric's on fire.
Other mistake: In the opening credits of the movie, actress Luana Ravegnini's last name is misspelled as "Ravagnini" (00:01:20)
