Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie the camera pans to different villagers as they notice Willow returning after his journey. One of the villagers they show is Willow's wife, although they show her in another scene (a minute or so later) walking from a different area and noticing Willow for the first time (again).
Suggested correction: The first woman we see at 1:59:40 looks like Kaiya but her hair is long (while Kaiya's hair is a short bob), and she wears a long brown dress while Kaiya (at 2:00:15) wears a midcalf reddish-brown dress with a white apron.
Continuity mistake: When MAC is blown by the helicopter, he lands on a man's windshield, and the man has to start dodging traffic. Between shots the traffic he is dodging changes. (00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tom Hanks goes back to his mother's house when he's "BIG", he tries to convince his mother it's him by telling her his birthday: November 3rd. However, in the scene (with John Heard and Elizabeth Perkins) showing the milk carton of Tom Hanks "missing" as a young boy, his d.o.b. is shown as 1/20/75. (00:16:50 - 00:53:05)
Continuity mistake: At Rick's funeral, Debbie gives Alice her spike bracelet. The spikes are flat and there aren't that many of them, but at the end when Alice is getting decked out to fight Freddy she pulls the bracelet out of her drawer, and the spikes are very menacing looking and there are more of them. Continuity mistake: At the end when Michael Jackson is singing come together, at the end of the song his shirt is undone, but when the camera shoots back on him his shirt isn't ripped.
Continuity mistake: When Frank sees what he thinks is the Ghost of Christmas Future in the elevator, he flips out and accidentally clocks Grace in the jaw. She puts her right hand to her face, but in the next shot she's holding her left hand up.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, policemen are inspecting the deceased Rory's house to retrieve the bloody mattress for Dr. Channard yet at the end of the first Hellraiser, the house completely collapsed.
Continuity mistake: Sergeant Parker is thrown through the air with his boots on, yet we are shown the dead hobgoblins beside his smoldering boots.
Continuity mistake: When Charlie (in Marshall's body) goes to the final executive meeting, he dons a pair of glasses with an ear receiver attached by wires to one of the bows. When he removes the eyeglasses prior to leaving the meeting, the earpiece remains in his ear.
Suggested correction: It was established when the salesman was talking about the device that the part attached to the glasses was the antenna and it came with a separate earpiece.
Continuity mistake: Graham is on the bed as it comes crashing down the stairs. He proceeds to disappear, reappear, disappear in the group shot and then finally reappears once again. (00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: When Munchausen is about to be executed for the second time, right after the Sultain sais: "Executioner, execute!" we see the executioner raising the axe. The axe is facing the wrong way. In the next shot it's the right way. (01:39:45)
