Continuity mistake: Didi is wearing a long black negligee when Pepe throws her into a bubble-filled bathtub on a movie set. When she gets out of the tub and runs off, the negligee has disappeared and she is covered only with bubbles.
Continuity mistake: Alva writes the postcard to Willie with the card perfectly aligned to the drawboard in the wider shots, but across the corner in the close-up. (01:40:55)
Visible crew/equipment: After Matt's arrested at the discotheque, when he's at the police station with Julian, the chalk actor's mark can be seen on the floor in front of Matt's feet.
Continuity mistake: When the four kids uncouple the coach from the engine Carole is wearing trousers. The stationmaster tells them to stand clear as the engine pulls away, in the first shot of the children after the engine has gone Carole is still wearing her trousers but in the second shot Carole is now wearing a skirt.
Audio problem: The long shot of Marilyn and Eddie in the grandstand shows Eddie mouthing his lines about tomatoes, then in the next close up shot of them Eddie is actually saying the lines.
Continuity mistake: When Sir James and Sylvia arrive by coach at the Tompson home, the driver carries their baggage to the door. He is played by a younger actor with darker hair initially, but when the shot changes to the door of the house, he is suddenly being played by a noticeably older actor with grey hair yet wearing the same clothes and still carrying the same bags.
Other mistake: Fred's tie gets unraveled when he and Barney are trying to escape the Green Goose's dungeon. Yet, his tie is fixed a few minutes later.
Continuity mistake: The two jets are shown flying at the same level, one in front of the other. In the next shot, from the pilot's POV, the other jet is above and to the left, not level. Then, as they overfly the boats, they are level again. (02:02:59)
Visible crew/equipment: When Thomas drives his car at the beginning of the film before speaking at the radio, the cameraman is reflected on the windscreen and its shadow can also be seen on the left. (00:04:40)
