Other mistake: When the throne in episode 5 & 6 is first introduced it is a normal throne or chair; it doesn't move when merely touched. But once the ceremony starts and after it's finished, it's suddenly a swivel chair. The base is never shown of course. But a swivel chair made of solid rock...?
Other mistake: When Seiya blasts with his special move the helicopter, causes an explosion, but there's no damage on the vehicle nor smoke, fire or any sign of what he has done when we see it spin and eventually crash-land. (00:13:50)

Other mistake: The river that Hulk battles Doc Samson in is only ankle-deep, but when Samson knocks Hulk out with the sonic gun, the river current is able to carry Hulk downstream. Hulk is lying flat on his back, and since the water is only ankle-deep, his back would be touching the floor of the river. In this case, the current of a shallow river would not be able to carry someone of the Hulk's mass.
Other mistake: After they arrive in Marina Bay the pink ranger is wearing the red ranger's jacket.
In Too Deep - S1-E23
Other mistake: When Miriam tells Zane she will give him the necklace for a kiss, she said "I will give it to you." But then when she throws the necklace in the water, she said "I didn't say I would give it to you."
Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Other mistake: After the Demon Headmaster has been drenched in goo on the TV show Eddy Hair ends the show and there is a shot of the children shouting his catchphrase, in this shot you can see Eddy's cameraman crouched on the floor at the bottom of the stairs looking injured and holding his arm. Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Other mistake: Weol-ju goes into the forest at night and sees her house has been set on fire. From where she is standing, there is a large distance between her and the house, and the fire is so huge, that she can see it all the way from the forest. She then runs back, and given the distance between the forest and the house, should have taken a while, but the house is still in the middle of burning down when she arrives. The fire should've definitely worsened during her run back to the house. (00:12:23)
Other mistake: When Tarkin walks out of the Batch's quarters and the shock troopers follow him, the one on the right side of the door has his hands positioned to hold a blaster, but no weapon is present. (00:38:35)
Other mistake: Jesus leaves his home with a double barrel break-action shotgun and an ammunition belt holding extra shot-shells. In the next scene Jesus is walking in the street with the shotgun and no ammunition belt, it magically vanished. The shotgun only has a capacity for 2 shot-shells, then it needs to be reloaded, or it can be reloaded after one is only fired, that procedure is called a top-off. He fires 1 round at the mayor and two inside Elena's home which makes three. He never reloads. (00:32:50 - 00:34:40)
Other mistake: You don't have to look further than the name; the title of the series is "Knight's and Magic" instead of "Knights and Magic".

Other mistake: Joy's feet are stuck in Benita's glue trap, but she steps backwards twice before Harmony and Courage pull her out.
Who Burned Mr. Brinker's Store?: Part 1 - S1-E6
Other mistake: The arson investigators name Jamal as the main suspect in setting fire to the store, because the security camera caught him sliding something through the front door mail-slot. Any arson expert would immediately know that it wasn't Jamal that started the fire, as the fire's point of origin was in the back of store, and was also entirely contained there, and Jamal was not only nowhere near the back of the store, but was also outside.
Other mistake: As Kai's squadron are approaching The Fore Shadow, the ship begins to fire its massive web like plasma waves at the planet, and fires over and over continually. Except in close up shots as Kai's squadron are flying around it. Like it completely stops firing in closes ups, though when cutting away suddenly blasts are close enough to it that they would have been coming out during those close ups. (00:03:05)
