Just before he turns around the orange rectangles on the left side of his face to being almost all uniform in shape and size, to now having two big ones on the ends and two small ones in the middle. Continuity mistake: When the guy shoots the Robinson Robot it leaves a big bullet hole on the front. In the next shot we see the Robinson Robot turning around and the bullet hole is gone.
Continuity mistake: His Shadow does "the kiss" and transfers his soul into the new host with the Clerics. As they are lifting the new host back up, the shot cuts and suddenly two Clerics appear behind him. (00:16:10)
Continuity mistake: When Kate goes to see the LARPers at the park to track down the trick arrows, her cross-body leather strap changes direction repeatedly. At first, it hangs from Kate's right shoulder to her left hip, but when Kate asks about the cop in their group, the strap hangs from her left shoulder. Then the leather strap reverts to the original way, only to switch yet again after the fist bump. None of the shots are flipped. (00:20:10)
Factual error: Early in the episode, while Jason is at the log flume, power lines and transformers are visible to the left. (00:01:15)
Revealing mistake: When Iris is sitting in bed recording the message for Barry, she is holding her iPhone so that the start button is on the left side, but the "video record" button appears on the right. Additionally, her right hand covers the speaker area of the phone fully, including the front facing camera. It is impossible for Iris to be recording the video live and reveals that the video footage was recorded ahead of time. The illusion that the video is being recorded by Iris live is further ruined by the fact that the room lighting is turned off in the scene, but the recording is well lit. (00:02:55)
Continuity mistake: When Katara is trying to heal the wounded earthbender, she gives Sokka the idea to take down The Drill from the inside. Sokka then stops her from saying anything while she is sitting down, and she is wearing her necklace. When she stands up in that same shot, the necklace is gone, like they forgot to animate it. Revealing mistake: When Lois and Clark are checking out Lenny Stoke and Derek Camden on Lois' computer, you can see the computer screen showing the script for Lois in that scene. (00:07:40 - 00:08:20)
Silence My Companion, My Death Destination - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Stark Industries tank is engaging its weapons system against the Hammer Industries vehicle, there are several rock formations immediately behind it. A couple of shots later and the tank is suddenly has no rock formations near it. (00:01:56)
Factual error: On the map behind the colonel during the first scene, Iceland is labelled as being under Nazi control. This is incorrect, as the British were in control of the country during the whole of the war. (00:05:10)
Visible crew/equipment: Modern tyre tracks from the camera truck are seen in the mud as Alethea waves goodbye to Kwai Chang Caine.
Shelter from the Storm - S3-E18
Continuity mistake: When Winn and Brainy hug, Winn starts the hug with one arm high and one lower, towards Brainy's waist. The shot cuts and both his arms are up and in the centre of his body.
Revealing mistake: When Pablo as the ping pong bandit takes Tyrone's paddle, Tyrone asks if he can play Pablo again so can get his paddle back. When Pablo walks into the frame, his skin clips out of his coat. This also happens when he does the "Bandit Slammit".
Episode #1.9 - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: Look at Alicent's hands when Lord Beesbury starts to object to the plan to usurp the throne from Rhaenyra. In the initial shot, her hands are on the table but not in the next. (00:06:40)
Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Visible crew/equipment: After Raines shares details with Kellett about Semien's crew, when it cuts to Semien waking everyone up, just as he announces his contact with Belgian Federal Police, there's a visible T-mark taped to the floor behind Andre's cot. (00:24:25)
Same Picture, Different Frame - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: While Morgan is driving and gets a flat tire, in the close-up the Cadillac's license plate number is 84-I33, but in the wide shot it's 5G6-420. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: The quantity of blood behind Batman's dummy changes; in the overhead shoot of the crowd it runs horizontally along the step for an area 3-4 inches wide, while in the subsequent close-up there's no such trim. (00:12:00)
Continuity mistake: After Cat Burglar steals Craig's staff at the award ceremony Silver Fist goes after Cat Burglar, and just as Silver Fist climbs up on the roof, his crossed straps become crossed the opposite way, mid shot. (00:05:50)

Other mistake: When showing Scotty on the bridge, some of the frames show more of his body than others. In those frames, you can see that he lacks legs.
