Visible crew/equipment: When Neil (De Niro) breaks into Van Zant's apartment and shoots him, watch as Van Zandt flies backward. You can see a wire running up through the bottom of his sweat pants.
Visible crew/equipment: After the ship's captain delivers the Falcon to Sam Spade's office, he collapses on the leather sofa in the foreground. Just after Spade's secretary says, "Is he ...?", the shadow of someone's head passes over the sofa.
Visible crew/equipment: About half way through there is a shot that shows Jonathan sitting in his living room. On the right-hand side of the screen we can see the windows and it's dark outside. Even so, you can see a cameraman holding a camera moving along the window filming Jon from behind.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene were the adults go back into the sewer, and they have the feeling: "Something is coming", you can see the shadow of the cameraman, twice. One time, coming closer from a pipe, and another time, moving away. Look on the right wall/right on the floor.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Adam walks around his apartment with his camera (because the lights were out) the filmmakers put lights in the set so the actors wouldn't walk into walls, and also letting the audience see what's actually happening. In the movie, though, there are supposed to be no lights on at all. It is clear that this scene was done in a studio, as you can see several lights above the blue background (which is supposed to be the blue sky).
