Continuity mistake: When Holland shows the bartender the dollar bill in the shape of a shirt, he is smoking a cigarette before he takes the cigarette out of his mouth. Holland mentions to the bartender that he made it himself, with nothing in his mouth, but in the next shot, the cigarette is suddenly back. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: When Renée Zellweger drives up in front of her house the first time in the movie, as she shuts her car off, her window is down. When she gets out, the window is back up.
Continuity mistake: When Christopher Lee in drag is leading the procession towards their mini-stonehenge, look at the dolmen the villagers go through; the shadows vary significantly direction in the space of a cut.
Continuity mistake: After Chloe runs off into the woods and the other two girls finally find her after she's had her run in with Slender Man, they are shining the flashlight in her eyes and asking her questions. In one shot her eyes are still open as she gazes near blankly off in the distance. When it cuts to a close up and suddenly her eyes are tightly squinted shut. (00:38:45)
Continuity mistake: When Lucifer confronts Thomas, Lucifer forcefully pulls him closer and puts his right hand on his chest, but the close-up shows that his hand is under Thomas' arm. (01:21:20)
Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)
Factual error: The solar panels (or mirrors) are facing away from the sun. The sun's position can be estimated from ground shadows and object highlights and the panels are facing in completely the wrong direction. (01:11:40)
Continuity mistake: The roof of the Chessman House changes, going from having a middle roof to no roof in the middle.
Continuity mistake: Talking with the feds about the case, Cross says "This guy's a collector." Kyle Craig in the background goes from holding a pad to a folder, and then closes it multiple times when it was closed to begin with. (00:24:00)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene near the start of the movie when Lois Chiles is showing Mia Farrow her bathroom and Mia Farrow is saying "Yes, It's lovely," on the mirror on the right you can see a member of the crew crawling around on his hands and knees. Continuity mistake: During the first meeting between Lou and Madeline Kahn, her fur stole changes position between shots almost more often than she changes names. (00:09:30 - 00:10:30)
Factual error: When Watson is looking at the spiderweb of clues in Holmes' apartment, he is shown a newspaper article about the bombing and doctor's death. The lower left of the clipping shows a story with title "Soviet Government Money For The General Strike." The movie is set in 1891, and the term Soviet first came into use in 1905 to describe a worker's movement in Russia, but a Soviet Government didn't exist until 1917. (00:16:00)
Continuity mistake: In Madrid Bourne calls the emergency line and says he's in 334 Norte street, which triggers cops to show up. When Bourne arrived at the building he looked at the door and it was a 2 digit number which one can faintly see it starts with a 1. (The filming location took place at number 10 Virgen de los Peligros street).
Continuity mistake: When Don Knotts is in the old Simmons mansion, he falls down a chute of some kind. If you watch closely you will see the stunt person looks nothing like Don Knotts. It is a younger man with very straight hair.
Continuity mistake: Anna brings Semyon only copies of the original diary. The sheets are held together by handbag clips, which are closed in the close-ups, and open in the views from her angle. (00:23:00)
Continuity mistake: During the demonstration with the billiard balls as 'Indians', the balls are placed differently on the table depending on the take. (00:37:00)
Continuity mistake: At the start, Simone puts the rubber tube round her arm. Camera cuts - it's no longer round her arm and she puts it round again. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: Myra Bruhl is popping pills at the beginning of the movie; when she puts down the container, there's a white-labeled bottle on the bedstand that was not there before. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Right part of the frame, and in the background there's an extra (black kid with a plaid white shirt) that is simultaneously also eating at the table in the reverse shot. (00:31:15)
Continuity mistake: When the boy arrives at his new room, the picture frame and the stuff on the night table move around between shots.
