Revealing mistake: When the Sergeant has the shotguns in the backpack on his back, and you see a close up of his face, you can see that the shotguns do not have triggers. On plastic prop rifles, the trigger is usually molded into the trigger guard in the pulled back position, and you can see this on these prop shotguns.
Continuity mistake: When Ro eats the tub of ice cream, the way it faces and the amount in the tub continues to differ.
Continuity mistake: When Memphis is tortured, he gets water poured in his mouth from a bottle. When they're done pouring, the water level in the bottle is almost full. (01:07:00)
Suggested correction: Before this frame, there is a shot showing multiple water bottles on a nearby table... it could easily have been the next bottle of water?
No, it could not because the shot was meant to be continuous. After Memphis spits out the water, we see the guy holding a half filled bottle start pouring water into Memphis' mouth. When the camera angle changes (i.e. continuous shot and not a jump cut), we still see the guy holding the bottle up to Memphis' mouth. It's at that point the bottle has changed and is now almost full.
It's even worse than that. It refills at least twice between those quick successive shots.
Continuity mistake: The left tail light of Sadie's car is broken when she picks up the unfortunate hitchhiker. The light works when she turns left off the road. (00:36:20 - 00:38:35)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, Victor tells Nick to write 'hey Annie' on plane's wing to send her a message. When Nick throws the plane and the camera shows it flying around, the words that Nick wrote are nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: At papa's personal brothel, Kiril cups Nikolai's chin telling him how he wants to make sure he's "no queer." When Cassel is from the front, he's pointing his index finger under Nikolair's chin, while in the front views of Viggo Mortensen's face, Cassel gets awfully creative with the appraisal of his buddy's manliness, doing things like thumbing the cleft of his chin or using his ring finger instead. Character mistake: When Mr. Brooks and Marshall hack into the police database and are looking at detective Tracy Atwood's financial records there is a screenshot of the computer screen showing some very terrible spelling.
Continuity mistake: In Madrid Bourne calls the emergency line and says he's in 334 Norte street, which triggers cops to show up. When Bourne arrived at the building he looked at the door and it was a 2 digit number which one can faintly see it starts with a 1. (The filming location took place at number 10 Virgen de los Peligros street).
