Continuity mistake: After Chloe runs off into the woods and the other two girls finally find her after she's had her run in with Slender Man, they are shining the flashlight in her eyes and asking her questions. In one shot her eyes are still open as she gazes near blankly off in the distance. When it cuts to a close up and suddenly her eyes are tightly squinted shut. (00:38:45)
Continuity mistake: When Sean is introduced for the first time, there's an obvious continuity issue with Blake Lively's hair over her right shoulder. (00:12:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: When the girls bring a birthday cake into Judy's room at the first time, her bed sheet is patterned with what looks like flowers but when Judy is fast asleep the next time, the sheets are plain white. (00:52:30 - 01:15:30)
Continuity mistake: At the party, when talking about the trip to Sweden, just after Mark says Pelle's invited them to an authentic hippie midsummer at his yodelling farm, it cuts to Dani asking "Oh, yeah." To the right of shot, Mark is shown holding a bottle with part of the label slightly uncovered, while the rest is covered by his hand. Two shots after, in a shot of the whole group, Mark's hand is now entirely covering the label. (00:14:20)

When the second victim was murdered, we saw the killer break just its head off, the statue to the right of the halved one. Visible crew/equipment: Waller is telling "Task Force X" about the additional mission they need to pursue, saving Rick Flag. Watch the shot when Bloodsport repeats "Rick Flag?" and Waller replies "I know." Continuity mistake: When Jesse brings Reggie home with him, Jesse plays his answering machine as the dog makes himself at home. After Jesse places his gun on the kitchen counter and pours himself a drink, Jessie heads over to the den to listen to Jenn's message again, and he takes a seat in the den.
