Continuity mistake: After trying to entice the primitive tribe with flashy clothes and a boom box, Alvin and Simon get tied to a hut. The four ropes around their wrists are initially tied together in one knot right above their heads. But once they notice that Theodore is being pampered like a god, Alvin and Simon's wrist ropes are suddenly knotted separately instead. (00:51:05)
Other mistake: When the clock strikes 8 o clock, the 11 (XI) on the clock reads 12 (XII) in roman numerals. This is just in-between the scene with the mice making Cinderella's ball dress and the scene where the carriage arrives at the home to pick the stepmother and stepsisters up for the ball. (00:36:50)
Continuity mistake: The letters on Chef's apron change place and size between shots. (00:11:58)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Willy Wonka and the group of golden ticket holders enter the room with the chocolate river, Willy Wonka picks up a mushroom head with his cane. If you look closely, you can see holes under the mushroom head where he has previously done this, probably more than one take for that scene.
Visible crew/equipment: In "Whenever You're Away From Me", Kira and Danny dance by a mirror, where you can see the cameraman. (00:32:10)
Other mistake: When the Pirates are arrested in Nineveh, another soldier walks up to Jonah and knocks him out with a fish. When this happens, Jonah is wearing the Cheese Curl hat. When he comes to on the Slap of No Return, he is wearing his turban again. Would the soldiers change his hat?
Continuity mistake: The tip of Shere Khan's tail is orange, except when Baloo grabs it to stop him from attacking Mowgli and runs around in circles. Then it turns brown.
Continuity mistake: After Belle says good morning to Jean Potts, when she feeds the apple to the donkey note the rope (crosstie) is tied off at the donkey's throat, but in the next closeup the rope is tied off directly to the halter knot at its cheek.
Revealing mistake: The film was rushed to theaters, leaving a few mistakes which Universal fixed. In the original cut, toward the end, Judi Dench's human hand is visible, complete with her wedding ring. This was fixed for the re-release.
Continuity mistake: Just before the Mystery Girl blows up the building in which Elwood resides, a police car with lights on its roof pulls up outside. When the building actually explodes just over a minute later, you see that the police car parked outside no longer has any lights. (00:39:54)
Continuity mistake: When Fievel discovers that Warren T. Rat is actually a cat in disguise, the hat tucked into his black belt disappears between shots. (00:51:20)
Revealing mistake: As Elsa sings "Let It Go" she pulls her hair into a long braid going down her back. She pulls it with her left hand from behind her to in front, but the end doesn't flip over her shoulder, she just pulls it straight through to the other side without going over the top. (00:34:10)
Continuity mistake: In the final scene where Roxie and Velma are dancing in the concert hall, Roxie is on the right and Velma is on the left. They then turn around, and from behind (same point of view as before) they're suddenly the other way around. (01:44:20)
Continuity mistake: When Sykes is at his desk monitoring Fagin from a security camera feed, Dodger suddenly appears onscreen between shots, right beside Fagin. (00:51:00)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where King Arthur expounds on the joy of his kingdom, he has a Band-Aid on the back of his neck. (00:21:00)
Continuity mistake: Tiana wears a pair of gold earrings during Charlotte's ball. They disappear when she's watching Charlotte dance with the prince and reappear later. (00:23:55)
Continuity mistake: Nala's eyes change from blue to green quite often during the movie.
Revealing mistake: Just after they dump the tacks out of the window, the Russians' car flies up into the air in a really quite impressive car crash. Just before it flips over though, you can see the huge ramp put in front of it. (00:32:20)
Continuity mistake: At the lagoon, after Price and Brown win the cup and the hook falls, Paul is suddenly replaced with a completely different kid, older and much taller.
Continuity mistake: When Christopher Robin picks up Eeyore's tail, he and Kanga are several feet away. But in the next shot, they're right next to Eeyore. (00:07:35)
Suggested correction: Her eyes were green the whole time. It's just lighting making it look like they changed color.
The correction assumes these lions are filmed, but they are drawn. So if the eyes are blue, they coloured it blue and if it's green they coloured it green, on purpose.

A darker shade of the same color isn't the same as a whole other color.
