Visible crew/equipment: When Darkman swings on the wire to save Julie, you can see a large wire coming out of his shirt to support his weight, and you can make out several large wires holding Julie in the shot of her being grabbed.
Continuity mistake: When Casey and Delilah watch Nurse Harper get infected by Coach Willis from inside a closet, the closet's shutter windows switch from closed to open between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the club when Katie Holmes is sitting with her fiancé, she is wearing a black strappy dress with a strap hanging off her shoulders. She stands up to go and dance with her father and in the next frame the strap is in place on her shoulder.
Visible crew/equipment: On the GoodTimes DVD release of Halloween 2, just after Dr. Loomis blows up the hospital room the camera switches to the hallway where Laurie is running away. The explosion comes through the hallway and you can see the right side of the hallway shaking - this shows that the wall is a studio set wall. You can also see wires behind it and the wooden supports that are holding it up. (01:25:30)
Continuity mistake: When Barry tells Ray to go check if the fisherman is alive, Barry's flashlight keeps changing position from his right hand to his left hand. (00:15:58)
Continuity mistake: When Ellie falls from the tree after the rope from the tyre breaks, Louis runs with his wife to see how she is. Louis is wearing a plain white crewneck T-shirt with the sleeves rolled up. When Rachael yells "Gage!", you now see Louis wearing a striped white unbuttoned collared shirt and sunglasses. When Louis is running for Gage, he's back to his plain white T-shirt with the sleeves rolled up. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: Early in the movie, Mac throws the dead green berets' dog tags to Dutch. As he catches them, Dutch has his hand closed in a fist, and the dog tags are hanging to the left. But in the close-up shot where we can read the name, his fingers are more open, with the tags resting in his palm.
Continuity mistake: When Lucifer confronts Thomas, Lucifer forcefully pulls him closer and puts his right hand on his chest, but the close-up shows that his hand is under Thomas' arm. (01:21:20)
Continuity mistake: When the Highway Patrol Officer hands the driver license back to Marion, in the interior shot he's holding it out with his right hand and Marion takes it with her left hand, but in the next exterior shot he's handing it to her with his left hand and Marion is taking it with her right hand. Revealing mistake: During the big fight scene, you can tell easily that Frank is wearing knee pads (try looking when his pant leg is wet). Construction workers will often wear knee pads for work but most often they wear them on the outside of the pants to save the knees of their pants. (00:58:50)
Continuity mistake: During the first appearance of the true Candyman, there is sunlight where he is standing. The sunlight disappears in the close-up.
Continuity mistake: When Sgt. Howie first goes to the Post Office, he walks through to where Myrtle is painting the hare. He puts down his leather case which then changes position a few times during the next few shots, until the scene ends.
Continuity mistake: When the hermit teaches the monster that fire isn't always bad, he has a cigar in his mouth. When he gets some firewood, the cigar is suddenly in his hand.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Critters are in the restaurant, The Hungry Heffer, as the camera pans across some Critters eating lettuce and other food. If you look closely, you can see one of the puppeteers hands coming out of the bottom of a critter puppet. The puppeteer is wearing a dark shirt with what look like gloves.
Continuity mistake: When the creature rips out Elizabeth's heart, Elizabeth's head is originally turned to the side. When they cut back her head is facing forward.
Continuity mistake: When the cannibal nurse is caught by the doctor, their poses change between cuts. (00:14:38)
Visible crew/equipment: After Calvin Bouchard makes the announcement to tourists visiting the Undersea Kingdom to evacuate, we see the tour guide lead the crowd through the tunnels. The green screen backdrop is still in the final cut. They forgot to add in the underwater effect.
Continuity mistake: When the medical examiner notices that there's something wrong with the brain of the corpse that she is examining, she's making a gesture with her hands but in the next shot she has them by her sides. (00:30:39)
