Visible crew/equipment: When moving into their apartment Patrick Swazye kicks the statue to make it swing so they can get it inside. As they are looking at the statue, two moving men cross in back of them carring a mirror and as they pass you can see the director and camera crew in the reflection.

At the very start of the shot on the right hand side of the screen is a crewmember standing in the shadows looking bored. It is possible to see a young man wearing a burgundy t-shirt and beige shorts (a crew member), sitting against the wall of the cave cross-legged. (01:16:55)
Suggested correction: I've watched this scene a number of times on YouTube and I'm certain that this "crew member" is an extra. He is not wearing a T-shirt and shorts, his clothing is correct for an extra. There are also other extras sat cross-legged a few feet from him.
Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie is shining Willy's shoes near the end, you can see the reflection of a crewman in Willy's glasses when he glances to his right. (01:38:25)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the Quidditch match, when Ron shouts, "Woo hoo!" with his arms raised, just as his cape flaps around the black seat on the actor's broom becomes visible. There are a couple of other quick glimpses of a seat during the Quidditch match. (01:38:45)
Visible crew/equipment: Two wires can be seen attached to Lavender (because light shines on them) as she floats back to the ground after the Trunchbull charged towards her. This is only visible on video, and has been taken out of the DVD, although you can (barely) see the shadow of the equipment letting her down on the wall behind her.
Visible crew/equipment: During the main Harry and Voldemort duel in the courtyard, there is an aerial shot of the duel, with Voldemort on the left and Harry on the right. Between them, in one of the arches of the alley, a cameraman in black is visible for about one second.
