Character mistake: When Frank opens the present in his office and finds the picture frame from his brother inside, he reads what is supposedly written on the frame out loud: "To Frank, the best brother a guy ever had. Merry Christmas." However, instead of Merry Christmas, it says Love, James.
Character mistake: Shortly after Jeff Sheldrake fires his secretary Miss Olsen, he contacts Personnel to get Baxter's phone number. When talking on the phone, Jeff says that Baxter is in Ordinary Premium Accounting and forgets that he promoted Baxter to an executive just weeks earlier.
Character mistake: Bruce Wayne talking to Selina Kyle says that Batman probably saved millions of dollars in property damage alone. When Batman first saw Catwoman he didn't do anything to prevent the property damage before the explosion that she caused.
Character mistake: Right when the convention scene starts, the man in the cowboy hat can't help but stare at the camera. Seemingly, he heard the "Action!" cue and looked to check.
