Pay attention to Theadore; he's supposed to be in front of Simon handing the chest of dolls to Alvin who is in the hot air balloon. After handing him the chest, he dusts his hands and moves his head a little while doing it. If you look at his head, it seems to cross behind Simon's even though Theadore is supposed to be in front of him. Simon's face may have needed to be seen, but still a mistake.
Revealing mistake: When Gazeem is standing in front of the Cave of Wonders, he leaves no footprints in the sand.
Revealing mistake: You can see Hero Boy putting the ticket in his pocket after getting it punched the second time, before finding his seat on the return journey. However, the ticket slowly evaporates in the air as he is about to put it into the pocket. His hand thus enters the pocket ticket-less.
Revealing mistake: Just after Boog breaks the dam and the deer herd is bounding across the dry riverbed, at the moment they realize they are going to be swept downstream by the wall of water, their legs disappear - just left out of the animation cell. Very obvious; no slow-mo needed to see.
