Factual error: It would be virtually impossible to get from Atlanta, GA to Thule (Qaanaaq) Greenland in the time-span presented by the movie. The distance from Atlanta, GA to Ottawa, Ontario is approximately (direct) 1,200 miles which would take about 17 hours of driving, not counting breaks and side trips. The distance from Ottawa to Thule is approximately 2,200 miles. Plane type? Taking a guess, range of about 900 miles. Even with no fuel limitation, flying time approx 10 hours.
Factual error: The vents that Hunt and his sidekick crawl down at CIA Headquarters are standard galvanized steel box vents; they are very common in the building trade. Try walking or crawling down one - you'll make a noise like the sky is falling down. People will be able to hear you for miles. Every person in that building would know somebody was crawling about in the vent system. (This error applies to dozens of films, not only this one.)

Continuity mistake: After the Stormtrooper tells Darth Vader the Death Star plans are not in the main computer, when Vader lifts the Rebel off his feet by his throat as the Rebel tells him they intercepted no transmissions, take note of the leg plates on the Stormtrooper to Vader's right. In the wide shot, the Stormtrooper's left leg armor does not have the knee protector plate (it looks as if it's at his right knee because the extra switched them), but in the next closeup the knee plate appears at his left knee, as it should be. And of course, as a well-educated gentleman of 200 AD, he kills time by reading the newspaper. Wait, what? Needless to say (to anyone but Ridley Scott, probably), ancient Romans wouldn't/couldn't exactly get their news by newspaper, the press having not been invented yet. This one looks so modern in its layout it even has headlines and a proper publication title, "Roma Viridia."
Trivia: When Deadpool autographs the cereal box he signs it Ryan Reynolds.
Continuity mistake: When Finn is going to an escape pod to run away, he puts his pack down in front of it, seen again in a later shot. When Rose realises he's trying to run away, his pack has moved itself inside the pod.
Continuity mistake: In Riri Williams' dorm room, the number of braids hanging over her shoulder changes frequently while Riri and Shuri are talking.
Question: Mr. B knew Nisi wasn't Lily's granddaughter because Lily never had children, but how did he know Lily never had children?
Answer: Since there's no definitive answer given in the movie, we can only speculate, so here's my guess as to how Mr. Blakemore knew that Lily never had children. The estate where Mr. B lives originally belonged to his parents/family. But his personal interest in creating a successful fabric business is due to his deep love for Lily, because she's the one who had dreams of becoming a clothing designer. He felt he owed everything to her. So at some point in the past, some years after his forced arranged marriage, and possibly after the passing of his parents/family members who separated him from Lily, Mr. B could have tried to locate Lily, then found out that she had died (childless) and he kept that painful information private, not telling his nephew, who was his last living relative. Mr. B tells Nisi that no fortune is worth the loss of a true love, some things are priceless.

Continuity mistake: When Edgar takes Duchess and the kittens to be abandoned in the countryside, he is on a motorcycle and sidecar combination. During the trip, the sidecar changes from one side of the bike to the other and back again. Also, when the sidecar separates from the motorcycle while the dogs are chasing Edgar, the wheel on the sidecar switches sides regularly as well.
