Trivia: The man who plays "Stu", the man who falls down the stairs, is played by Uncle Ray Murphy, Eddie Murphy's uncle in real life.

Trivia: At the end, when Adam saves Peter, the two are posed in a similar manner to the Michelangelo painting on the Sistine Chapel of God reaching out his finger to touch Adam's finger. The title of the fresco painting is "The Creation of Adam."

Trivia: Special thanks is given near the end of the credits to Bobcat Goldthwait. When James Gunn was initially fired by Disney, Goldthwait told Disney to remove his voice from the "World of Color" Disney attraction in support of Gunn.

Trivia: Near the end, when Maze sees Trixie at the police station, Trixie is reading a comic called "Skyward." "Skyward" was written by Joe Henderson. Henderson is one of the writers for "Lucifer", including this episode.

Trivia: Shazam tells Hespera that he has seen all the Fast and Furious movies, and it's all about family. Helen Mirren, who plays Hespera, plays Queenie, the mother of Deckard Shaw and his siblings, in those films. In addition, this film's writer Chris Morgan also wrote most of the Fast and Furious films. Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) and Djimon Hounsou (the Wizard) also appear in some of the Fast and Furious films.

Trivia: When Billy asks the Wizard what his name is, he replies, "Shazam." Freddy replies with, "I still think we can beat it." This is a joke reference to the TV game show "Beat Shazam."

Trivia: The film is written and directed by Jim Abrahams. During the credits you see a number of his family members were part of the cast, followed by Alison Anne Abrohams. While this looks like a misspelling or intentional joke, that is her real name. While this is her only credited acting role, she went on to be a production assistant in Jim Abrahams' "Mafia!" film.

Star Trek: Picard (2020)

Trivia: President Anton Chekhov is the son of Pavel Chekhov. While he has the same name of a real life Russian writer, his name is also a tribute to the late Anton Yelchin who played Chekhov in the rebooted Star Trek movies. He is voiced by Walter Koenig, who played Chekhov in the original Star Trek series.
