Deuce Bigalow (1999) - 13 mistakes

Continuity: In the scene where the pet shop girl reaches into the aquarium, clearly the whole chest part of her shirt is submerged in the water. When it cuts to her at the counter only the area around her nipples is wet.

Continuity: The first time Deuce goes to the pet store after being fired from the aquarium, he asks for sea snails from the bottom. She is wearing a white T-shirt with black jeans, clearly seen before, and during the act of sea snailing. The third time, at the end, she is clearly wearing  a polka-dotted skirt. Fair enough, yet when they show her dipping in the aquarium again, you see that it is the same shot as before - she has her black pants on again.

Continuity: When Deuce runs into Antoine's room the bed is totally clean. Then the camera angle changes and there's a used condom on it.

Continuity: When Clair knocks Deuce into the blinds, the middle blind comes down as soon as he hits it. In a few shots of Deuce trying to get up, you can see the blind is now back up. In other shots the blind is gone. This couldn't have been a different blind as there were only 3 different blinds and when Deuce is trying to get up, you can see the two left blinds.

Continuity: When TJ is showing Deuce the fish and explaining them to him, the third fish he shows him is the small one with the scuba figure in the bowl. When the camera looks at it, it is moving about, but when the camera looks at deuce and TJ the fish isn't moving.

Revealing: When the cheese sandwich in the toaster catches fire, it engulfs the cookies. When the camera is tightened in on the boxes of cookies, you can see a petrol line running down the cookies.

Continuity: When Deuce is using Antionne's upside down exerciser. He swings and falls off. You see that one of the hooks comes off his leg and stays on the bar. Then a few seconds later when Deuce is running around, both hooks are on his legs.

Continuity: In the final scene, when Antoine gets back, Deuce's shirt is very sweaty because of his running, while less than a minute later it is half as wet.

Continuity: In the scene where Deuce is playing the German Tourist for the woman with the crazy dog, the woman is lying on her side on the bed. Shots from the front show her resting her elbow on her knee, but from behind, her elbow is down farther on her thigh, not her knee. You can see this happen a few times.

Continuity: After Antoine jumps off the hanging, upside down thing, he has metal straps on his feet to keep him suspended in air. He jumps off and walks to the toilet with the straps still on. When he comes out, he is wearing a coat and the straps are missing, if all that time he was urinating, how could he put on the shirt and take of the straps?

Factual error: After Deuce gives up man whoring and goes back to fixing fish tanks we see him fixing a lobster tank in a seafood restaurant. While he is fixing the tank a waiter removes a lobster from the tank. The lobster is bright red. Lobsters only turn bright red when they have been cooked. Since Deuce is working on a tank for live lobsters the lobster removed from the tank should have been brown, not red.

Other: Right before Deuce destroys the apartment, he sticks a cheese sandwich in the toaster that is already toasted.

Audio problem: In the bathroom scene where Deuce's dad is offering him his tip money to help pay for the fish tank, you can hear the sound of change sliding in the dish. However the way in which Deuce's hand is positioned to grab the money, the change would have simply fallen to the floor and you only see him grabbing the bills.
