Continuity mistake: When the five men are inside the statue, the light on the background is green. Before they smash the museum there's a huge pink cloud that colours the statue pink on the wide angle. However in the close-up of the men the light is green as before. (01:31:35)

Continuity mistake: When penélope Cruz is sick in bed, a strand of hair appears on her forehead on the last wide angle we see of her.

Continuity mistake: In the extended edition, before Superman enters Lex's lair his hair is short, then when he's being shot at, his hair is much longer and bulkier. When he finally enters the place, it's back to short.

Revealing mistake: Superman has just saved Jimmy at the dam and is holding him in the air. Jimmy's fringe is standing up thanks to some hair fixer to achieve the effect of wind blowing (though it's a green screen effect). When Superman sets him on the floor his hair remains up giving away the trick, until the angle changes and it looks all combed and nice.

Continuity mistake: The amount of juice in the glass when Matrix has breakfast with his daughter suddenly changes from a third to over a half of the glass. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: In 25 years neither Richard, Art, Chris nor Nikos age. They all look exactly the same throughout the movie.

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the movie, Richard exits his car to eat pancakes with Art. The boom mike is reflected on the door, including the operator's hand holding it.

Continuity mistake: The first morning on the island Max is by the cliff and he has a black spot on the right side of his nose that keeps appearing and disappearing depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: On almost every single angle of the scenes on the island, Max's hairstyle is inconsistent between one angle and the other, in a matter of nano-seconds. It keeps swapping from messy to brushed, from dry to wet, from clean to dirty. It's an absolute chaos.

Continuity mistake: After Max runs away from home, just before he jumps onto the boat, he slides through the dirt and even a big bunch of dirt can be settled on his right shoulder. When he jumps on the boat, less than a second afterwards, the pajama is spotless.

Continuity mistake: When the monster takes Max out of its stomach, he is all covered in slime and big chunks of saliva. Half a second later, it's all gone and he is just slightly wet.

Continuity mistake: Season 6 - Ep. 6 Known Unknowns Before House goes to the hotel he's out on the street and the collar of his shirt is up during all front and back angles, except for a brief single back angle where it's down. Then it changes to up again.

Continuity mistake: Chuck is on the plane going back home with a noticeable sun tan on his face. When he is talking with the dentist he is way paler, only to be slightly darker during the welcome party thrown hours later.

Continuity mistake: In the restaurant, after Costigan says "School is out," he starts to bring the cigarette to his mouth, but before he smokes, while the action, music and dialogue continues, the shot cuts to him already exhaling the smoke.

Revealing mistake: Everett talks to Julie at night by the bus stop and the snow flakes stay on his hair forever, revealing it's paper or similar material.

Continuity mistake: When the T-1000 throws the driver off the truck and chases John's bike, the buildings on the right are a brown parking lot and a modern white building. In a couple seconds, the truck keeps swapping from being by the middle of the white building or way behind, next to the brown parking lot approaching the white building. The position is inconsistent many times.

Continuity mistake: During the pool fight scene, you can see there's an orange ball next to the upper left pocket. In following shots it's no longer next to it and it has a dark ball in front.
