Continuity mistake: When old Joe is in the night club killing everybody, his face is covered in blood, but spotless when seen through the CCTV.

Continuity mistake: In the mine cart, when Indy hits a tank with a shovel, the Thuggees behind raise their arms, yet a frame later, from a wider angle the arms are lowered.

Continuity mistake: Before the water tank falls, there's a shot on Mola Ram and his people next to it. Then there's a wide shot of the tank about to burst and the people running away from the area. Then the previous shot of Mola Ram standing calmly with his men by the tank is repeated, which makes no sense.

Revealing mistake: When the water tank falls over, the vapour fumes are moving in slo-mo, despite the whole scene moving at a normal speed.

Continuity mistake: When Mola Ram tells the Thugees to get to the huge cauldron, there's big clouds of smoke all around it, which disappear a frame later from a different angle.

Continuity mistake: During the mine race, the cart behind Indy's flips over and is launched far away from the tracks, yet a frame later it's laying down right on the track for a second cart to crash against it.

Continuity mistake: When Indy throws a block of wood on the rails, it lays parallel, yet a frame later, from a different angle, it lays sideways.

Continuity mistake: During the mine cart scene, Indy is sometimes seated on the back, others on the front, with no logic whatsoever, and sometimes between one frame and another.

Revealing mistake: When the water floods the mine, some shots of the 3 heroes are an obvious composite of their blue screened image over a set. Problem is, when Indy tells the two to run towards a tunnel on the right with a log blocking the way, Indy and Shorty run through the log as if they were ghosts.

Continuity mistake: When old Seth is running away and sees his scar, the length of the sleeve rolled down changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Sara points her gun at the field and cries "don't give me no hobo story", her hair around the right side of her face and neck changes positions between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Kid Blue is riding on his bike trying to kill Joe laying on the floor, Joe's position is inconsistent between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: When Joe drives his red car and stops by his friend's bike, a huge white lighting screen is reflected on the car's hood.

Continuity mistake: When Joe is hiding from the Gat behind the couch, his gun swaps from facing a 3 o'clock direction to a 1 o'clock between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Cid is comforted by Joe and his mom arrives. Cid is either facing her or the opposite side, depending on the shot.

Continuity mistake: When Cid is in the field, his face is sometimes covered in blood, or with a clean trail on the right cheek. This changes randomly.

Continuity mistake: When the mine cart is about to stop, Indy's left hand is alternately covered by Willie and Shorty's or not, depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: When Indie and Willie are about to jump out of the bar's window, there are some cables along the window which disappear when they crash through it.

Continuity mistake: After Superman saves the train from derailing, there's a wide shot of the lead locomotive and it has just one small window on the side. In the immediate close-up there's a big window where the conductor peeps, and a sudden second window with a handle bar where another engineer shows up.
