| 8 | 10 Items or Less | As 'Him' is leading a sort of conga line of car wash workers as they dry off cars, the camera man is reflected in the fender as they dry the nearest car, a blue Chevrolet El Camino. |
| 9 | The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers | When the camera moves into the "Seeing Stone" and pans up to reveal "the great eye," the entire tower was a miniature. It's not that noticeable, but what really makes it a mistake is the cotton balls used to make smoke on the smaller towers leading up to the big one. (It sticks out so obviously that one must ask, why did they CG the orcs at the bottom of the miniature, but use cotton balls for the smoke instead of CGing it?) |
| 10 | Chicken Run | When Mr. Tweedy collects the eggs, he adds check marks in Tuesday's column on the list he holds. In Monday's column it reads that chickens 276 and 277 did not lay eggs the day before. However, when the list is submitted at the end of the week, there are check marks in Monday's column for chickens 276 and 277, as if they did lay eggs. |
| 11 | Stuck in the Suburbs | In the scene where Len and Eddie and Len's henchmen get out of the van they are in, you can see the camera crew [including soundman] filming in the reflection of it. |
| 12 | Charlie Wilson's War | During a montage depicting Afghan fighters shooting down Soviet aircraft, the stock military shots show an A6 Intruder, an F4 Phantom, and soon after, an F-16 Falcon getting shot down. All are jets Russia never used, as they are American aircraft. |
| 13 | Forgetting Sarah Marshall | When Peter talks to the surf instructor the second time, he is holding a drink, then not holding a drink, then holding, then not holding. |
| 14 | The Eye (2008) | When you see the blind Syndey walk through her appartment she keeps touching the walls to feel where she is. A person who has been blind for over 20 years (as is mentioned in the film) knows the way around their own home. They know preciseley how many steps it is from room to room. They wouldn't keep touching the wall like this. |
| 15 | Speed Racer | When Speed finds out he was set-up at the cross-country race, he lets out his agression on the empty racetrack with fellow driver, Racer X. The next scene, Speed is ready to leave home when he's offered an invitation to the Grand Prix. His father announces, "But, we have <i>no car!"</i> And then they go about having to build from scratch a Mach 6 racecar for the Grand Prix. What happened to the Mach 5? The car is last seen in perfect, albeit slightly dented, condition! Probably a scene edited out that would have explained it. |

| 17 | 88 Minutes | When Jack is talking on the phone to Forster live on TV, the clock behind Jack goes from 11:08, to 11:12 in the next shot of Jack, and back to 11:08 in the following shot of Jack. |
| 18 | Scary Movie | The guy who rises up in the car during the flashback is holding an empty bottle, but when he is at the top of the car there is more beer in the bottle again. |
| 19 | Iron Man | When Stark needs to have his power cell replaced by Pepper, the fake chest used for the effect moves up and down to simulate breathing. But watch him closely and you can see that his real breathing doesn't match what the chest's doing. |
| 20 | Atonement | When Briony sees Cecilia coming out of the fountain (from Briony's perspective), Cecilia steps out of the water with her right foot first. When we see the same scene afterwards, from Cecilia an Robbie's perspective, Cecilia steps with her left foot first. |
| 21 | The Shaggy Dog | Dr. Kozak enters the lab when Shaggy has the blood tube, and his hands are at his side, but in the next shot, his hands are up by his face. |
| 22 | Smart People | When Lawrence is leaving his phone number on Janet's answering machine, he give her the area code, 402, which is for Omaha, Nebraska instead of Pittsburgh, PA. |
| 23 | Step Up 2: The Streets | Chase introduces the whole crew to Andie with the tapdancer in the middle of each shot. When he introduces Monster, you see that he is taking a step back to let his double get back in. In the next shot, we see a person (probably director of the play) coming out from nowhere and telling Monster to come back. This person is also the director of the movie, Jon M. Chu. |
| 24 | Days of Thunder | Towards the end of the movie when Tom Cruise and Robert Duval are fighting in his Garage, Tom's Nascar racecar is in the shot. This car is still showing the signs of a major amount of "rubbing" and or contact sustained during a race, yet it is still showing the yellow and green City Chevrolet livery that the team were running earlier in the season. As the film progresses, the team run a Superflo Oils livery up to Cole's accident. It is also mentioned earlier in the film (by Randy Quaid) that he needs Robert Duval to build him a car singular for his driver. Why would a struggling team paint a damaged racecar in the livery of a former sponsor? |
| 25 | Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl | When the redcoats surround Jack and Will, at the end, they are around them on all sides in some shots, but there's a large gap in others. And this is before they are told to lower their arms. |
| 26 | Things We Lost in the Fire | As Jerry is being driven away, Harper runs into the street to chase the car. From outside the car, we see Jerry's door window is all the way up. But his view of Harper in the door mirror shows the window is fully down. The shot changes again and the window is up. |
| 27 | Hitman | Near the end of the film, Interpol have 47 at the back of the Jeep escorting him. They are stopped by the CIA, and as the agents and the soldiers exit the Jeep, there is no one left in the Jeep. It isn't possible that 47 could have escaped yet. |
| 28 | Death at a Funeral | In the study, when Peter shows Daniel <i>the</i> photos, Daniel places the first photograph (at Regent's Park) on the desk and holds the second. In the close-up of the desk, as Daniel holds the second photo, the photograph on the desk is actually a different photo than what was just placed on the desk. |
| 29 | College Road Trip | In the scene where Chief James Porter is watching his daughter dancing through the window, the curtains are all the way closed. When he gets a ladder to climb up, the curtains are a 1/4 of the way open. |
| 30 | Juno | In the scene where Juno and her friend are looking at the Pennysaver in the park, you can see the boom mic at the top of Juno's sunglasses. |
