The movie is supposed to take place in and around New York City, however during the car chase where Angelina and Brad are fighting off the three BMW's, a wide shot clearly shows a street sign announcing Los Angeles.
On Utapau, when Obi-wan faces off with Grievous, Grievous sends 4 magma droids at Obi-wan. Obi-wan force-pulls something from the ceiling to crush the droids. But in the ensuing fight between Obi-wan and Grievous afterwards, the ceiling thing and crushed droids are gone.
When Harry and Cedric are transported to the cemetery, the Triwizard cup lands on the grassy slope, well beyond the Riddle monument, with its luminescent top facing away from the cauldron area. During Priori Incantatem, three shots after Voldemort exclaims, "He's mine!" the cup lies on the corner of the Riddle monument's stone base and it faces the opposite way. The cup is back up on the grassy area in the following shots.
When the team descends to the bottom of a hole and one female member is first wounded and then dies. After checking her pulse, the others pronounce her dead and begin moving out. As the last one is leaving, the "dead" actress lifts her head up off the ground and looks left.
When Ann meets Kong on NYC street, the camera flashes back and forth between them. When it shows Kong, he is surrounded by snow, but when it shows Ann, the street doesn't have so much as a snowflake.
When the ferry casts off in the wideshot, there are only six people hanging off the outer edge of the ramp as it’s being raised. When Robbie and another gentleman help these people over, in the close-up one of them wears tan pants, a long blue coat and knit hat, but this person was not amongst the six in the previous shot.
In the scene in the glass elevator, when Mike Teavee wants to push a button, he presses the TV Room button. The elevator stops going down and immediately moves horizontally. The characters within the elevator are thrown against the wall from the sudden change. However, they are thrown against the wall that is in the direction the elevator is now moving, instead of the opposite wall as they should have been.
When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. It is also visible when the children first arrive at the house, when Mrs. MacReady says, "There shall be no disturbing of the professor."
Gandu Three Echo, the clone who hits the screen showing the first lottery winner in the movie, complains that he has been around for 7 years and never won the lottery. However, McCord explains later in the movie that the last name tells how old the clones are. Lincoln Six Echo is 3 years old because he is in the Echo generation, and the Delta generation (Jordan Two Delta) is 4 years old. Going backwards, this would make Charlies 5 years old, Bravos 6 years old, and Alphas 7 years old. Gandu Three Echo should have really been Gandu Three Alpha.
When Adam Sandler reverses into the police car, he damages the Bentley he is driving at the back end. When the police chase him, the back end is not damaged at all.
When Beck is shot outside the Precinct, from the front view he has no exit wound on his forehead. Yet when he lands on the snow a few seconds later, an exit wound has appeared.
When Elektra closes her cell phone on McCabe, a dial tone can be heard. Cell phones don't have dial tones. Even if they did, Elektra hung up, so nothing would be heard.
To make Jim Braddock look more heroic, Max Baer is portrayed as being very mean and hateful. In fact, the real Max Baer was an extremely pleasant man who was devastated when Frankie Campbell died after fighting him. Many boxing historians and sportswriters have complained about this inaccurate depiction of Baer.
After his father's funeral, when Drew turns on the ignition and in following shots, the leather band that he wears on his right wrist (not the watch) is clasped with its strap facing his thumb, yet when he passes the sign for 60B, the band goes round the opposite way. Then, when he listens to The Hombres the leather band is flipped back, but when he picks up Global Business Today magazine it's switched yet again, and so on.
There is a brief shot of a couple driving through the streets near Eatonville, Florida. In the background a mountain is visible. There are no mountains in Florida.
Look at the dirt when Herbie backs away from the nose of the newer Beetle, between the races out in the desert. Although Herbie drove straight up to the newer Beetle, tire marks can be seen where the crew moved the car back and forth to get him lined up.
When the Muslim armies approach Brendan Gleason's castle there is a side shot of the Muslims army coming to a halt. You can see the marker stake with yellow tape at the top (used during production as a mark).
When Shane is talking to Mrs. Plummer before she leaves, throughout the scene the camera man is reflected in her window (he is in black, not to get confused with Shane's white shirt) and as the car drives away the camera is shown backing up in the black door.
In the scene where Vince Vaughn is complaining to Harvey Keitel in Harvey's office about the hitman he hates his gold necklace is either tucked into his shirt and red tracksuit or hanging out. This alternates throughout shots but during the same conversation.
In the boat chase scene with Dirk, Al and Rudi, the glass at the front of the boat gets shot out and then appears intact in the next scene, but is shot into pieces seconds later.
In the scene where Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn are talking for the first time in the lounge area, Nicole's bangs go from across her eye to swept aside from shot to shot.
After Evangeline has left with Aunt Adelaide, Nanny McPhee enters the children's room, and as she and Chrissie walk to the bed they pass Eric's, Lily's and Tora's beds, with the bare wood floor at the center - there is no rug. However, when Nanny McPhee leaves their room the long red and white rug is at the center of the floor, between all the beds.
When Constantine manage to get the mirror through the window he falls on his back. To the right on the screen a chair lies on the floor beside a dresser. A few shots later when it cuts to Constantine getting up we can see the chair has changed position as its back now covers the opening of the dresser.
When John is driving to work and he hears Anna on the radio, he swerves to avoid a car. From inside the car you can see that there are no cars in the rear window, yet when the shot changes to an outside shot, there are 3 cars.
When Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney 1st arrive in London Debra goes to a pub to change her outfit, the shot showing the outside of the pub you can see an American style traffic lights eg walk, don't walk which are nothing like the English green man red man traffic lights.
After Casey has turned down Harvard and is skating on the pond, she falls many times. When she falls for the fourth and final time, her hat falls off. In an overhead shot, the camera even shows it laying on the ground above her head. When she gets back up upon seeing Teddy with the zamboni, her hat has disappeared.
When Vanessa is outside of the beauty shop playing her keyboard with her headphones, and Willie is talking to her, she takes off her headphones and puts them around her neck. In between shots the headphones disappear.
The Tina Turner wig that Sam is wearing changes between scenes. In the traffic jam it is noticeably more spiky than the one she was wearing in the drag club.
In the scene where the car blows up at a rest stop, when the children run to Ice Cube, the boy is on his left. However, when they turn around and sit, the boy is on his right.
