When Harrison Ford shoots at the T.V. in his office, he is shown holding a revolver. However, you can clearly hear ejected shell casings hitting the ground. There would be no ejected casings from a revolver.
Moving out to Sera, Ben is packing his things in a motel. You can see a half full glass standing on a bed table on his left. In the next shot Ben is pouring alcohol to an EMPTY glass filling it in 1/3 approx. In the next scene glass is half full again and in the next one - FULL. Eventually he is drinking from a glass full of alcohol.
In one of the final scenes where Stallone is hanging out of the Statue of Liberty, you can see that his "JUSTICE TATTOO" on his upper arm is a fake. You can see at the edge of the tattoo that it is glued on the skin.
The Magic Eye Picture that Willem is looking at throughout the movie is NOT a sailboat. If you pause the movie and find the image it's actually three rows of 3D shapes.

In the scene where Kat is being introduced to her new classmates, Casper is seen tying the students' shoelaces together. This includes the snobby blonde sitting in front. But when the camera pans out, her feet are clearly too far apart for this, not like how they showed them while being tied.
Toward the end of the film, Elinor is gardening and has dirt and mud all over her hands. Upon realising Edward is riding toward the house, she hurriedly wipes her hands on her apron, smearing a good amount of dirt on it. When she then removes the apron while standing inside the house, both the apron and her hands are barely dirty.
After the train comes to a complete and lurching stop, the porter is shown being thrown forward into the bad guys as a lot of baggage falls all over the place. In the final fight scene as Ryback is entering the dining car, all the tables have all their place settings perfectly intact.
In the scene where the Captain (Gene Hackman) is getting ready to address the crew, the Chief of the Boat (an enlisted man) is briefly shown barking orders to the crew wearing a combination cover with an officer's golden chin strap. A Chief Petty Officer wears a black chin strap. Contrary to popular belief, it's not illegal to wear an accurate uniform on film, in fact the military offer their help to ensure uniforms are accurate: http://www.defenselink.mil/news/NewsArticle.aspx?ID=516, so that's not the reason.
When the soccer coach is talking to the team in the class room she pulls down the world map on the screen. The camera flips back to the team for about 2 seconds and when the camera turns back to the coach the screen is pulled up
When De Niro confronts Ashley Judd in her motel room, he knocks all but a few hangers off of the metal coatrack. While the camera goes back and forth while they argue, the remaining hangers disappear and reappear several times.
When our heroes are in the hut, with the African warlord, there is a lot of money. At a time, they throw an bundle of dollar bills, and the top-bill flips over, and shows that the next is just plain white paper.
