1 The Shining

In the first scene, when Nicholson is driving to the Overlook, the shadow of a helicopter can be seen at the bottom right. This is only visible in the un-matted TV/video print.
2 Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back

When Captain Needa is killed by Darth Vader, because they lost track of the Millennium Falcon, if you watch in the background two guards come to take him away, you can clearly see the dead captain get up almost by himself.
3 Smokey and the Bandit II

When the sheriff's car is flipped upside down, the sign behind the car is upside down too, so you can tell the car isn't really upside down.
4 Urban Cowboy

The movie is supposed to have been filmed and taken place exclusively in Pasadena, TX, and MOST of it is. The trailer park that they live in, however, is NOT in Pasadena, or anywhere near there. There are several scenes where they show someone driving into the trailer park, and you can see mountains in the background.  There aren't any mountains within hundreds of miles of Pasadena. 
5 Superman II

In the town in Texas when General Zod and his crew first visit, watch when the boy's father (elevated by Zod's finger) falls to the ground. You can see the pad under the dirt when he hits it.
6 The Blues Brothers

When Jake and Elwood are driving through the mall, they leave by driving through some store, if you watch as the people run to get out of the way, a black man with an apron on runs right into the camera.
7 Xanadu

In the art studio Richie is working on a painting and it only has a small part finished. In the next shot the painting is completely finished.
8 Coal Miner's Daughter

In the scene where Loretta and Patsy return from shopping, and Doolittle gets mad about the makeup Loretta is wearing, look closely after they leave Doolittle and you will see a 1965 Pontiac Tempest among the parked cars. Patsy Cline died in 1963.
9 Somewhere In Time

In scenes that take place in 1912 on the porch of the hotel you can sometimes see American flags in the background. The flags in the movie have 50 stars. The 50 star flag wasn't adopted until after 1959.
10 Raging Bull

In the scene where Jake is in the bedroom with his wife (where he pours ice water on himself to calm down) you can see the top of some crew member's head in the the foreground right below the camera lens.
11 Zombi Holocaust

When the nurse from Keto throws himself out of the window - you see the arm of the dummy fly off as it hits the floor. When it cuts to him lying on the floor - both his arms are intact.
12 The Mirror Crack'd

The first thing on screen after the opening credits is the year the film is set in, 1953. How then, do Kim Novak and Tony Curtis make their arrival in a Cadillac convertible, which is quite obviously of 1959 vintage?
13 Ordinary People

In the restaurant scene where Conrad is sitting opposite Karen, the position of the drink glass in front of Conrad changes as the camera angle moves from Conrad's back facing Karen to Karen's back facing Conrad.
14 The Stunt Man

A film about the making of a film. A car is filmed going off a bridge, and the footage is played back repeatedly. Throughout, the car is referred to as a Duesenberg, even though, in nearly every shot, the Mercedes tri-sected circle logo is visible above the radiator.
15 Big Red One

When the German NCO begins to walk up the sand dune he has a stick grenade in his right boot. Next shot half way up the dune, the grenade has changed boots.
16 Flash Gordon

Just after Klytus has his sticky curtain call, and King Vultan orders the evacuation of the Sky City, watch for the wide shot with the fleeing Hawkmen superimposed in the background. As Vultan tells our heroes he and his men have too much to carry to give them a ride, watch his entire multitude of brave fleeing Hawkmen suddenly disappear one frame before the next shot cuts in.
17 Midnight Madness

When at the poolside of the Bonaventure Hotel, Adam looks at one of the express elevators ascending. Then he turns and runs for the elevators, followed by the blue team. Miraculously, both elevators are now at the bottom floor.
18 Friday The 13th

In the beginning, Claudette and the other counsellors are all singing. When they get closer you can see that Claudette is playing the guitar, then she stops, but the guitar playing and singing still continues.
19 Dressed to Kill

The amount of blood on Kate's face decreases between the time she is attacked and discovered. The pattern changes from shot to shot as well.
