Rank Film Mistake
1 Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
When Sam is in his bedroom, after he finds the Cube sliver it falls and dramatically burns a hole through the bedroom floor, making its way through the kitchen ceiling, and when it lands on the table it transforms the kitchen appliances. This is quite impossible since Sam's bedroom is in fact over the living room (there is nothing on the ground floor below Sam's elevated bathroom, and in the first movie Jazz hides in this open space as Ron mentions a blown transformer), and the kitchen is actually located between the den and dining room, at the other end of the house. The house has both a den and a living room - the couch in the den faces a flat screen TV on the wall, and the couch in the living room faces the fireplace with paintings on the mantle. If they were to follow the actual floor plan of the house, the Cube sliver would have landed in the area of the piano in the living room, but where would the fun have been in that?
2 Avatar
In the scene where Parker is shown playing golf on the indoor golf course in RDA, the first time he hits the ball, there are two other balls lying on the course side by side. In the next shot, two are distant apart and in the shot after that, they are in their original position.
3 The Twilight Saga: New Moon
When Bella is in the parking lot at school in the beginning, Edward walks toward her. Bella's hair is neatly pulled off to the side. When he leans in for the kiss it is suddenly stuck to her forehead, and when Edward tells her Jacob wants her, it's suddenly back to normal.
4 Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
When Harry is kneeling beside Dumbledore's body, at the foot of the Astronomy Tower, Ginny joins Harry and holds him at his left side (viewer's right). In the last close-up of Professor Dumbledore's face, Harry is visible in the background with a space to his left and Ginny is now gone. That same angle was shown before Ginny joined Harry.
5 Sherlock Holmes
When Holmes and Watson are in jail, close-ups of Jude Law reveal a hearing aid in his left ear.
6 Up
When the house first becomes detaches from its foundation and becomes airborne, Russell is nowhere to be seen, although every angle of the house is shown, including underneath, the front porch and the back porch. He knocks on the door and tells Carl he chased a "snipe" under the porch - but he cannot be seen after liftoff and prior to knocking.
7 He's Just Not That Into You
About 3/4 of the way through the movie, when Jennifer Aniston (Beth) was talking to Ben Affleck (Neil) she accidentally called him "BEN" instead of his character name "NEIL."
8 The Hangover
The boys try to drug Mike Tyson's tiger by putting roofies into a piece of steak. When Alan puts the pills into the steak you can see that the meat is extremely soft; he pushes the pills in easily with one finger. When Stu brings the steak into the bathroom it's clearly a stiff piece of steak and not the same one.
9 17 Again
After Mike and Ned fight with lightsabers, when they are in the kitchen Mike's wedding ring moves from his left hand to his right hand and back again, between shots.
10 2012
In his blog of the impending disaster, Charlie Frost mentions that Albert Einstein supported the 1958 "Earth Crust Displacement" theory, but Einstein died in 1955.
11 Paul Blart: Mall Cop
When Paul Blart puts on his Hello Kitty bandaid on his arm in the next shot it has disappeared.
12 X-Men Origins: Wolverine
When the old couple who give Wolverine clothes are first driving towards their house, there is an aerial shot of them driving over a bridge. This is supposed to be set in Canada (drive on the right) but it was filmed in New Zealand (drive on the left). They are driving on the right but the arrow on the road is on the left side.
13 The Proposal
During the sequence where Margaret proposes to Andrew on the street in New York, the same woman in a green sweater walks by three times.
14 Terminator Salvation
When Marcus, Kyle and Star are at the petrol station, a flying HK and the giant Harvester robot are able to appear just outside without making any kind of sound. In every other scene of the Harvester and the HKs however, they both make an incredible amount of noise.
15 Bride Wars
When Emma goes to crash Liv's wedding ceremony, as she crashes through the glass doors you can see film crew reflected in the glass panes.
16 Knowing
In the last couple of scenes, when John is driving through the city from the gas station, the back door of his truck is constantly changing from open to closed and to no door at all.
17 Orphan
When Kate, Max and Esther are in the grocery store, you can see 7Up packs on the bottom shelf. Then Kate's phone rings and when she answers it, you can see that on the shelf are 7up bottles instead of 7Up packs.
18 Watchmen
During the prison fight scene, Silk Spectre's stiletto boot heels are alternatively flat-soled from shot to shot, for the stunt woman's benefit.
19 Fast & Furious
During the first tunnel sequence, all the cars travel very far into the mountains, turn lots of corners, yet not only is Gisele still able to speak to them over the radios, their GPS still works. GPS signals invariably need a clear 'sight' of the sky and can penetrate light cover, but most certainly not that depth and cover.
20 Star Trek
When Chekov is discussing the plan to hide behind Saturn, he says, "...if Mr. Scott can get us to warp 4...". But on the viewscreen, it shows they are already traveling at warp 4.31.
21 The Pink Panther 2
In the film, five items are stolen: the Magna Carta, the Turin Shroud, the Imperial Sword of Japan, the Pope's ring and the Pink Panther diamond. When Alfred Molina's character is challenged that they had found everything but the Pink Panther, he protests that 3 out of 4 is not bad, that's 75%. In fact, they had found 4 out of 5 or 80%.
22 Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian
In the scene with Darth Vader and Oscar the Grouch, watch Darth Vader's eyes. You can see the light screens and crew reflected in his eyes in every shot.
23 Adventureland
After James leaves the bar and is driving, you see a dealership in the background and you can see new trucks and a new model yellow mustang. The movie takes place in 1987, so the vehicles are about 20 years too new.
24 Fired Up!

26 G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra
In the underwater scene when Rex blows up the ice pack, ice appears to be denser than water in this situation. The ice sinks when it's blown up, and even if there were pieces of metal on top of the ice, it shouldn't. Some pieces the size of a five-story building have no metal and still sink.
27 Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel

28 The Final Destination
The level of water in the glass on the counter, in the salon, jumps up and down during the whole hairdressing scene.
