Other: When Marcus, Kyle and Star are at the petrol station, a flying HK and the giant Harvester robot are able to appear just outside without making any kind of sound. In every other scene of the Harvester and the HKs however, they both make an incredible amount of noise.

Quotes
John Connor: I knew it. I knew it was coming. But this is not the future my mother warned me about. And in this future, I don't know if we can win this war. This is John Connor.

Terminator Salvation (2009) - 11 mistakes
starring Anton Yelchin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Christian Bale, Helena Bonham Carter, Moon Bloodgood, Sam Worthington (add more)
Continuity: John Connor, whilst battling the T-800, fires a shot into a wall to create an opening. Star jumps through the hole to the left, Kyle jumps to the right, and John jumps through the centre, yet in the next shot Kyle has landed in the centre and John has landed on the right.
Continuity: In the scene where Blair escapes with Marcus and Barnes launches an explosive into the tunnel, Marcus hops onto Blair to save her from the scorching flames. After the fire, Marcus' coat would have been burnt to a crisp, his hair singed off and the skin on his back fried. More evidence pointing to this was that his coat was merely one previously worn by a Resistance fighter, not special in any way, and he has regular skin and hair.
Continuity: In the scene where Marcus finds Blair hanging from the power tower, it shows a dark tan stripe around her eyes, but in the following shots it is much lighter and less dark than the previous seconds.
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where we come to the resistance air hangar at night, you can see a smoke grenade rolling along the floor near the nose of the plane to create smoke for the scene.
Plot hole: So, Skynet allows Marcus to shut down all the base's defenses so the Resistance and John Connor can get in, but it can't just turn them on again once they're inside?
Visible crew/equipment: When Marcus and Kyle are getting the Jeep in the wide shot a crew member is visible blowing up dust on the side of the mountain in the valley.
Factual error: When Marcus was freed by Blair and they are trying to escape through the shaft, Barnes shoots a rocket at them. Marcus lies on top of Blair as the fire goes through the shaft, but you can see that Blair's hair is sticking out from under Marcus. When they get up, Blair's hair is not burnt at all.
Continuity: When Marcus and Kyle are being chased by Moto-Terminators, Kyle kicks the oil barrel off the truck to hit one of the Moto-Terminators. After this scene the barrel is still on the truck.
Continuity: You can see 5 point belt harnesses on Kyle and Marcus when they are in the Jeep. Yet you never see them put them on, or take them off. Kyle is pushed out of the driver's seat once they stop.
Factual error: The four-door Jeep Wrangler used in the movie wasn't made until 2007, three years after the date of Judgment Day as established in Terminator 3 (Saturday 24th July 2004).
