References to Family Guy are "Bag Of Weed" by Brian and Stewie and "You Have AIDS" by Seth MacFarlane. A reference to Futurama is "Leela: Orphan Of The Stars" by Phillip J. Fry. Trivia: Although the whole episode was based on Roberta, she only ever appears in this episode in the final scene. (00:19:55)
Trivia: An R2-D2 with a wig is visible on Junior's shelf. A nod to Cleveland playing R2-D2 in the Family Guy Star Wars trilogy.
Answer: In the episode "A Rodent Like This" Rallo discovers that Cleveland Jr. is actually a secret agent who is tracking down Tim, who is actually criminal. Jr. reveals that in order to get close he had to eliminate the real Cleveland Jr. luckily Cleveland doesn't pay attention so it was easy. Whether or not this is canon or not depends on the writers.
