Corrected entry: Jar Jar finds Anakin and says, "Meesa so happy to see you." But in Attack of the Clones, when Jar Jar saw Obi-Wan and Anakin, he said, "Meesa so happy to see yousa."
Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
1 corrected entry in season 4
Starring: Dee Bradley Baker, Matt Lanter, James Arnold Taylor, Tom Kane

Deliberate mistake: At the beginning, Asajj Ventress is wearing an outfit with a long skirt. When she is rescued from her damaged starfighter by the scavengers, the skirt has vanished. This was done because the animators found the skirt too difficult to animate. This is also why she receives a brand new outfit that never had a long skirt later in the episode. (00:08:20)
Mystery of a Thousand Moons - S1-E18
Obi-Wan: Very impressive. You just destroyed seventeen defenseless battle droids without suffering a scratch.
[Another battle droid falls apart.]
Anakin: Eighteen, actually.
Trivia: When Sy Snootles kills Ziro the Hutt, he mumbles "What a world," a reference to The Wizard Of Oz.
Question: Why exactly did the son want to destroy both the Jedi and Sith when that won't bring balance?

Correction: How could something as simple as having variations in one's speech be a mistake? Especially considering the plot of the series occurring after the Attack of the Clones, in which Jar Jar surely could have gotten more used to speaking in a more formal manner, being among the senators.
Rassdyt
It's a speech pattern common to all Gungans, not just Jar Jar. Every time any Gungan says the word you, they say yousa, even the leaders, who would speak in a 'more formal manner'.
