Continuity mistake: When Mac is eating the peanuts there are no crumbs next to the bowl and his beer. When he lifts up his beer to tell Dennis that it's irrelevant there are crumbs. When the shot zooms out to Dee on the computer, the bar is clean again. (00:00:20)

Continuity mistake: When Mac asks Charlie "The good Lord is coming down on you, what's that supposed to mean?" the guy in the background with the walking cane and hat is walking away, almost to the end of the bar. When the shot comes back to Mac the same guy with the walker and the hat is right behind him again, strolling off into the same direction. (00:11:45)

Continuity mistake: There is a red ashtray on the table closest to Charlie and Frank when they are signing the contract. It disappears from the table the rest of their conversation, and is gone when Mac walks in. When Mac begins to explain the work for welfare program the ashtray is back. (00:05:40 - 00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: When Dennis is explaining what a comptroller is there is a green bottle on the bar next to the napkin holder. It is not there when the camera faces Dennis and Dee or when Charlie smashes the tape. (00:19:00 - 00:19:50)
Continuity mistake: When the gang is sitting talking about if Charlie can pull a truck through the snow, Mac has a half full beer. When Dee walks in the beer is 3/4 empty, the shot then pans out and the beer is half full again. (00:01:35)

Continuity mistake: When Frank walks up to Charlie and Mac to tell them what a great idea this was, Mac's beer is halfway full. Once the camera switches to Mac about to talk, his beer has noticeably increased. The amount of beer then goes back to halfway as Mac is about to drink, and after he drinks it is more full again. Continuity mistake: When Frank is flipping out in the restaurant asking if anyone has any illegitimate children with his wife, there is a blue bottle on the table next to him. In the next shot the bottle has disappeared. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dennis and Dee walk to the counter of the welfare store, the social services worker has a black pencil lead-side up in her hand, between her index and middle fingers. When the shot switches to Dee and Dennis the pencil is resting on her thumb, when the shot switches back to original angle, the pencil is again facing straight up between her two fingers. The pencil then disappears, and she is seen folding her hands when the camera is behind her, this continues until Dee grabs the pencil. (00:10:05)

Continuity mistake: When Mac asks the old guy if he wants a blessing, the man in the background holding a newspaper and rolling walker is about to talk to the black guy sitting at the bar. After Mac and Charlie fight over who is better equipped to give a blessing, the man in the background with the walker and newspaper is walking up to the guy at the bar again. (00:12:15)

Continuity mistake: When Mac and Charlie are playing video games the solid orange ball (5) can be seen in the corner. When Frank is getting the grout ready the orange ball is seen in the middle of the table. It is seen on the corner again in the shot with Frank, Mac and Charlie. (00:00:10 - 00:00:45)
The Gang Gets Stranded in the Woods - S6-E11
Plot hole: When Charlie and Dennis are on the plane, Dennis asks Charlie to give him his phone so that he can text Mac. In the next scene, Mac receives a text which he says is from Dennis. But Dennis was using Charlie's phone, so there was no way Mac could have known it was Dennis texting him. (00:20:20 - 00:21:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dee says to Mara that she thinks he's a great guy, he lifts both of his hands towards his head. In the next shot, his hand is lower and he is only lifting his right hand. (00:21:03)
Revealing mistake: Right before Mac and Dennis start to fight in the mall, people in the store stare at the camera and a woman poses at the camera.
Mac is a Serial Killer - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: When Dee is explaining that her and Dennis are going to just take the tools because her neighbor Gary is in love with her, Dee's hands are empty. When the shot switches to Dennis saying, "That works," she has a big silver wrench. (00:11:25)

Revealing mistake: When Dennis is running in slow-mo to catch a pass, the QB throwing him the ball is visibly in the background the whole time and never actually throws the pass. (00:16:00)

Continuity mistake: When Mac is about to get in the cop's car he has a full hot dog. When he gets in there is no hot dog. (00:21:15)
Suggested correction: After we see him on the street, the scene cuts to him already getting into the cop car, and we never see his left hand or below his waist, so he could still have it with him.

Continuity mistake: When Frank, Maria and Tony walk in from playing full contact football, there is a white package behind the ash tray, when the shot switches to Frank the package is gone, when the shot switches back to Maria and Tony the white package is noticeable again. This happens 4 times. (00:18:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When the gang realizes the family is still residing in the home Frank has just purchased a verbal quarrel ensues, obviously. In one of the shots you can see a good bit of a crew member on the left side of the screen. (00:05:40)
Revealing mistake: As Mac and Dennis are wheeling themselves through the mall, they pass by a clothing store where a man and woman are standing by the entrance. The woman notices the camera and waves at it. (00:15:22)
