Other mistake: When the group goes to hug Sokka before he and Aang go to Chameleon Bay, you can briefly see that Toph is incorrectly drawn with arrow tattoos on her hands, like Aang has. This happens very fast, but you can still catch it when watching the episode normally without pausing or slowing it down. (00:20:35)
The Firebending Masters - S3-E13
Other mistake: When Ran and Shaw (the dragons) breathe the colorful fire around Aang and Zuko, and the camera moves down to them, Zuko's scar is on the opposite side of his face, and his sword and Aang's clothing are worn over the opposite shoulders in a mirrored shot. (00:20:01)
The Headband - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: When Zuko and Mai are having a picnic, Azula asks Zuko if she can have a word with him. In the next shot, Mai is wearing a black glove on her left hand, which she wasn't wearing in the previous shot. Two shots later, the glove is gone. (00:15:03)
Audio problem: When Toph feels and hears the tank train coming for the first time, she says, "There's something coming toward us," as she runs out of her tent. She turns her head away from the camera after she says "There's," but for the time her mouth is visible, it is not moving as she is speaking. (00:03:11)
The Tales of Ba Sing Se - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: The Tale of Zuko: When Jin and Zuko are at the restaurant, some of the items on their table constantly disappear, reappear, and change position depending on the shot. (00:16:30)
The Tales of Ba Sing Se - S2-E15
Audio problem: The Tale of Toph and Katara: Right after the scene of Toph and Katara at the Fancy Lady Day Spa, as Toph says, "Well, that wasn't so bad. I'm not... I actually feel girly," her lip movements are out of sync. (00:02:34)
Continuity mistake: In the shot after Mai says "Saving the jerk who dumped me" you can see the rods which the prison guards used to slow down the mechanism of the gondola are nowhere near the wheel. (00:19:55)
Other mistake: The Air People were wiped out by the Fire Nation through Suzon's Comet enhancing them, we even have confirmation of this by the dishevelled exposed skeleton of a VIP of them (presumably any Air Nomad who escaped would have given Monk Giatsu honorable burial), but we never see scorch marks on the Air Nomad buildings or the aforementioned skeleton.
The Ember Island Players - S3-E17
Other mistake: When they are watching the recap play Toph says she can't see it because they are on a balcony, but when her character comes on she describes him as buff.
Suggested correction: She didn't see him (or technically, feel him), but she heard him. The actor playing her character throws the huge prop rock, and it hits the stage floor. Then, he flexes his muscles. Toph heard all this happening from her seat and then said, "I sound like a guy. A really buff guy."
