Continuity mistake: When Igor is cuffed at the end, his coat is hanging off one shoulder. Camera changes and now it's back in place. (00:39:50)
Continuity mistake: When Gibbs throws the van keys they land next to a desk. When Ziva, Tony and McGee all scramble for the keys, they are in the middle of the floor. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: When Palmer and Ducky are in Autopsy and Palmer is scratching his itching back, his hand disappears and reappears over his shoulder. (00:07:40)
Continuity mistake: Episode 7-20, "Moonlighting": When Palmer approaches Ducky with the rabbit's foot he thinks is a human bone, the bone jumps from his right hand to his left. (00:20:00)

Continuity mistake: At the crime scene, McGee has his notepad lowered. Camera changes and now he's writing on it. (00:04:50)
Continuity mistake: "Patriot Down": The beach scene in the opening sequence is repeated at the end, but the dialogue differs the second time. Gibbs is kneeling on the sand when someone puts a gun to his head and says, "Welcome to Mexico." When Gibbs reaches for his weapon, the voice growls, "Don't even think about it." These two lines are delivered in reverse order when the scene replays at the end.
Continuity mistake: Right at the end, the dying Poloma reaches up and touches her brother's right cheek. Her bloody fingers leave a trail behind. This disappears in the next shot when Alejandro turns his head to look at Gibbs.
Continuity mistake: The writing on the board changes style at the very start. Note the 1st A in Satan. (00:00:15)
Continuity mistake: When speaking to Conrad about taking the internship at NCIS, the clock behind Conrad changes drastically. (00:04:25)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Mason he puts his hat on the table by his phone. His hat then disappears from the table only to be replaced by Mason when Gibbs walks in. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When the grandfather is talking to Bibbs and gets the phone call his hands/arms are off the table. As the shot changes to a longer one, his arms are now on the table. (00:08:09)
