Factual error: Josh said he's been waiting 15 years for a girl to kiss him, but in a previous episode, Drake's girlfriend kissed him.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene that Drake and Josh return to their room with B-a-a-a-b, the lamb is startled and jumps off the couch. As Drake is running to catch it, a crew member's hand is momentarily visible waving on the left side. (00:20:25)
Continuity mistake: When Josh throws the piece of fruit (or whatever it was) to break the lamp, Audrey checks out the lamp stand. In the shot where Walter first arrives and she's checking it out, it's all in one piece. But in another shot, it's suddenly all broken and a big piece is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Megan is passing out the pop quizzes, she reaches back with her right hand to hand them to the kid seated behind her. But in the next shot, showing the kid she is handing them to, her left hand is holding the quizzes. (00:13:10)
Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Josh whacks the thug with the bat, the thug falls to the floor and his hat flies across the floor. In the next shot the hat has moved closer to him.
Audio problem: Drake starts playing his electric guitar while Josh is doing his homework. His guitar sounds amplified, even though his guitar isn't plugged into an amp.
Revealing mistake: When Josh says "I do not look good in pink panties" in the intro, he looks down below the camera at what we can assume is a script. He also cracks the tiniest smile near the cut, which is breaking character, as he was angry in that moment.
Revealing mistake: When they are in the hospital and Drake says "We'll go now," right before he says that, the guard on the left side of the door from the view shown flashes a small grin.
Continuity mistake: Drake is making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in the opening scene of the show and squeezes jelly onto a slice of bread. In the next shot, the slice of bread is clean again, and in the following shot, has jelly on it again.
Continuity mistake: In the episode "Honor Council" when Mindy is at the stands, Josh refers to Mrs. Hayfer as "Mrs. Alice Hayfer." But in this episode, when Drake is watching the DVD of Mrs. Hayfer on "Search for the Stars", her name appears as "Linda Hayfer."
The Wedding - S4-E3
Deliberate mistake: In the scene where the tow truck guy crashes the car window, notice the glass goes in the car. Later the glass is there, but Josh sits in the car without being cut by it.
Revealing mistake: When Josh is telling Drake that Mindy told him she loves him and when Josh slaps Drake near the end of the scene, it is really obvious that Josh is slapping air. His hand is at least 6 inches away from Drake's head and yet they play the sound effect for a slap.
Factual error: In "The Storm", the lightning is happening at the same time as you hear the thunder, despite being a distance away. Light travels faster than sound, so the lightning should come before the thunder.
Continuity mistake: Walter drops the burger on the table, but it falls off the plate. In the next shot, the burger is back on the plate. (00:03:20)
Audio problem: After the guy runs away Megan pretends to leave and she starts stomping her feet, then when Drake says, "Wait!" she stops stomping her feet, but you can still hear the stomping sound.
Tree House - S4-E10
Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Megan shoots Josh with the rubber band, watch after Josh drops the books. Notice it next to him on the couch. After Megan leaves, the rubber band is gone. (00:01:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Drake tries to cheer up Josh, you can see the studio light reflections in the sit-and-bounce.
Continuity mistake: Drake spits in some guy's water bottle. After he does this, the liquid inside the bottle is clear mixed with a little blue. But when it shows the guy's water bottle again, it contains a nearly opaque blue liquid.
Helicopter - S4-E19
Other mistake: When the dad has some of the "soup", he eats it with a slotted spoon.
