The Seven Million Dollar Man - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Barney opens the jail bars, there is a sudden cut accompanied by a change in camera angle. The deformation of the bars is inconsistent between the two immediate shots, with their bent shape differing noticeably across the cut.
The Seven Million Dollar Man - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: The nurse is shown holding the photograph with both hands, but in the subsequent close-up, it is held with only one.
Continuity mistake: Just before the helicopter lifts off, Steve is approaching to within roughly two metres of it; after a cut, he is suddenly positioned much further behind.
Other mistake: Oscar plays several clips of Steve using his bionic arm, but these shots are taken from earlier episodes in which no CCTV - or any form of surveillance - was present during those moments, making their inclusion here completely implausible.

The Pioneers - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: David throws a beam into the water where Steve is, but in the following shot, the beam has completely vanished.
The Pioneers - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: When Steve punches David in the back, both characters are abruptly replaced by obvious stunt doubles. David's double has noticeably shorter and darker hair, while Steve's is bulkier and bears little resemblance to Lee Majors. This occurs repeatedly throughout the fight. (00:41:44)

The Pioneers - S2-E2
Continuity mistake: Steve and Rudy's green parachutes abruptly change to white while they are still mid-air.

Revealing mistake: The two baddies run towards the truck: one jumps into the driver's seat, while the other runs around the vehicle towards the passenger side, where he later appears. However, if you watch the bottom of the truck, his legs and shadow can be seen running away from the vehicle, contradicting his subsequent position. (00:22:01)
Continuity mistake: After Steve kicks the aircraft door open, causing the cabin to depressurise, chaos erupts and violent airflow is evident. However, in the following shots, conditions inexplicably return to normal: there is no wind, no turbulence, and no sign of ongoing disruption.
The Coward - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Steve pushes the piton against the rock, its depth in the rock and the shape of its head change between shots. (00:29:56)
Continuity mistake: While Oscar and Ted watch Steve run, Ted suddenly appears wearing a jacket that wasn't there before, and Oscar's dark grey jacket changes to a brown plaid one between shots.

Continuity mistake: Steve breaks the windshield with his fist, but in the next shot it is perfectly intact again.
Revealing mistake: When Steve pushes a man out of the pickup truck, he is replaced by a stunt double who looks nothing like Lee Majors. The fact that the scene is shown in slow motion and in a close-up makes it even more obvious.
Continuity mistake: When Steve's stuntman jumps onto the speeding pickup truck, the thug grabs him tightly—clearly to keep the stuntman from falling off. In the very next shot, however, the thug is suddenly gagging him.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps onto the pickup truck, his high-heeled boots switch to flat shoes.
Continuity mistake: When Suzie watches Steve from a distance, he is standing close to the dirt road. In the next shot, he is further out in the field, next to tall grass.
Revealing mistake: After Steve jumps off his horse and fights a thug, a second attacker comes at him from behind. At that moment, Steve's stunt double becomes obvious, as he has a completely different haircut and a noticeably bigger build. (00:38:40)

Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps off his horse and tackles the man on the left, Steve's hat falls off—and so does the man's rifle. In the next shot, the hat is back on Steve's head and the rifle is back in the man's hands.

Visible crew/equipment: When Steve exits the house, the director's tent, cameras, and a colorful umbrella are reflected in the window behind him.

Continuity mistake: When Steve and Suzie ride together, he's wearing light grey boots. When her horse gets spooked, his footwear suddenly switches to flat shoes. And when he rescues Suzie, he's wearing light brown boots.
