Corrected entry: Sledge's sudden fear of heights interferes with many of the previous episodes, ie. in the first episode ('Under the gun') Sledge jumps down from a very big box and in the fifth ('Dori Day Afternoon') he is in a cockpit of a flying plane looking out without problems, plus many more.
