Continuity mistake: When Michael is trying to copy the fingerprints of the dead agent, Nasedo uses his power to transform Michael's outfit, which includes a jean jacket, into a suit and tie. When Nasedo hands him the comb, in the shot facing Michael he is in the suit and tie, but in the shot from behind Michael you still see him in the jean jacket. They show these camera angles twice.
Continuity mistake: When Liz gets shot she is lying on the floor in a certain position, but in the second shot of her lying on the floor she is lying in a totally different position.
Continuity mistake: When Alex storms into Michael's apartment to yell at him about Maria, Michael closes the door behind him. Then, only seconds later, the door is wide open just before Alex punches Michael.
Continuity mistake: When Courtney takes the knife off Michael that he is using to ice the cake, the close up shows her taking some cream off the knife with the finger that is on her left hand but when she puts it up to her mouth the cream and the knife has switched hands and also there is twice as much cream on the knife.

Continuity mistake: When Max and Liz climb out of the river at the beginning, they walk through one of two large drainage pipes next to each other. There is only one pipe on the other side. (00:04:45)
