When Mike is thrown, just before the shot cuts to him landing on the ground, the ground can be seen bending inwards when Mike's foot touches it, revealing it to be fake. (00:05:13)

Other mistake: Whilst Rick is trying to rob the bank, a police officer announces that the police are outside and have the building surrounded. Continuity mistake: When Vyvyan crashes into the lamp post, he has his right hand placed on top of the steering wheel. In the next shot, he has his right hand positioned at the top right corner of the steering wheel. (00:30:55)
