Visible crew/equipment: When Tim says "ten pins down, all fall down, I won, I won" at the end when he thinks he has beat Jill at bowling, look just to the right of the chandelier above Pete (person standing to the right of Jill) to see a boom mic briefly drop into view.

1 visible crew/equipment mistake in Up Your Alley
Continuity mistake: This episode establishes that Tim is three years older than Jill. However, in the episode "Ex Marks The Spot" (Season 2), Tim said that he broke up with Stacy after high school, then met Jill at college. And Jill wouldn't date him unless he promised that everything was over with Stacy. If Jill is three years younger, she would have been only fifteen when Tim broke up with Stacy, not at college.

Tim: Al, why don't you tell us your favorite part of gardening?
Al: Well, I'd have to say it's getting down and dirty with my hoe.
Question: Virtualy all of the tools that Tim and Al show on Tool Time are the Binford 6100 but obviously different tools each time, was there a joke regarding the number 6100?

Answer: In seasons 1 and 2, each Binford tool had a unique model number, but from season 3 onward, they were all numbered 6100 as a running gag.
