Just before he lands, we can see a crew member's hands holding a camera steady (filming the stunt double's close-up view) at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: At Eugene's wake, when Vito says that he's going back to the hospital, just as he heads toward the front door, we can see the reflection of the Panavision camera and camera operator.
