Continuity mistake: When Mac is trying to decide which book to pack, she is looking at both front covers. When the shot changes, she is instantly looking at the back cover of the book in her left hand. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: When Commander Turner hands Harm the document regarding Harm's steering wheel, Harm takes it with his right hand. In the next shot, he's suddenly holding the document in his left hand. (00:20:40)
To Russia with Love (1) - S3-E24
Character mistake: While talking with Falcon, Harm mentions the "green book" Falcon stole that listed all of the American POWs transferred to Russia after the Vietnam War. But when Harm originally found the book in "Ghost Ship", its cover was yellow.
Vivian Blackadder: Amad bin Atwa supplied money and explosives to Hasan Mohammed, who executed the attack on the Cole. They're an all-Jihad team that's been together for nine years. If Bin Atwa gives up Hasan, I want in on the kill.
Gibbs: We're not tasked with capturing Hasan Mohammed.
Vivian Blackadder: Gibbs, my brother died on the Cole.
Gibbs: I know that.

Question: Two questions and apology if I have the wrong Deputy Sheriff. 1. Why did Sheriff Denton want Deputy Gault out on that particular road? 2. Why would Lt. Reynolds still be charged with negligent homicide after it was revealed that the sheriff purposely had Gault stationed out there? Reynolds even stood by that he thought it was another part of the training exercise and wasn't aware that he was being chased by an actual law enforcement officer.
