Hal Coaches - S3-E16
Corrected entry: Reese is waiting outside of the school for Ed. When he arrives to pick him up Reese says "school gets out at 3, it's 2:15, I've been waiting for over an hour."
Correction: That's specifically the point. Reese wanted to leave school early and wanted Ed to pick him up at 1:00 (or probably after lunch), so he could goof off during school hours. Remember, Reese was blackmailing Ed and making him do things for him without anyone knowing. If all Reese wanted was a ride after school, he could have had his parents pick him up or taken the bus.
Hal's Birthday - S3-E15
Corrected entry: While Lois and Piama are at the table talking, Lois asks Piama about her bracelet. Going back to every shot the bracelet is in a different place on Piama's arm
Correction: Yes it is moving, but her arm also moves a bit and it seems a bit loose, so it's not unlikely that it had slid or something.

Opening theme song: Yes, no, maybe, I don't know, can you repeat the question? You're not the boss of me now, You're not the boss of me now, You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big. You're not the boss of me now, You're not the boss of me now, You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big. Life is unfair.
When Dewey yells for Lois because the bow was put on the present, if you look to the left of Lois, you will see a crewmember kneeling down, handing Lois the red dress, who is holding a bucket of water. He quickly gets out of the camera's view. [This is on the DVD of the first season. Someone said on the audio commentary that after catching it, they deliberately left it in to see if anyone would spot it. It's still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]
Even though he plays Reese's younger brother, Frankie Muniz is actually about three months older than Justin Berfield.
