Continuity mistake: When Frank hits The Shower three tiles fall out, seconds later only one is out. (00:10:55)
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode, when Raymond starts to leave the bedroom, you can see a microphone boom at the top of the screen. (00:00:40)
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene, you can see the boom mic drop down into the picture.
Character mistake: Debra says The Car broke down when it was pouring rain, but all the exterior shots show snow on the ground.
Continuity mistake: When Debra opens the door for Robert, she's holding one of the twins upright. But in the very next shot, she is holding him differently. (00:15:40)
Other mistake: When Deborah is helping Ray write a eulogy for Uncle Gus, she is typing phrases Ray can use in his speech, but her keyboard strokes don't match her words.

Continuity mistake: In the kitchen scene Ray gives Debra a card that says "I Love You." The twins are seated in high chairs. Debra places the card on the table. At the end of the scene Ray picks it up off the high chair to give to Debra. Additionally, the twins are not in the chairs. (00:09:25)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Ray has walked into the living room, there is a close up of Debra and a boom mic can be seen above her head. (00:01:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after the title sequence, we see Ray walking to the living room from the kitchen closely followed by a boom mic. (00:01:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Frank starts choking a boom mic can be seen above the table for a prolonged period of time. (00:18:45)
