Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Touched - S7-E20

Question: How come Buffy can move so fast when she's fighting Kaleb?

Chosen answer: She has superpowers, ergo fast movement. The reason she outruns him so easily in "Touched" is that she stops trying to actually fight him and just dodges instead.

Chosen - S7-E22

Question: In season 7 episode 10 we are introduced to a vampire that other vampires fear, called the Turok-Han. Buffy finally destroys the only one released after a long fight, but still gets many cuts and bruises whilst doing so. In the final episode of season 7 when all the slayers are activated, one slayer is fighting more than one Turok-Han without a problem. Why do they find it easier once all the slayers have been activated?

Chosen answer: The first thing that happened to them when all the slayers were activated was a big surge of confidence. They stopped being afraid of the Turok-Han, making it much easier to fight them.

Conversations With Dead People - S7-E7

Question: Is Dawn's experience in this episode ever explained? Is it really their mother, or is it just the First messing with her?

Chosen answer: Dawn's experience here was meant to be a teaser for original plotline of season 7, intended to explore Dawn's Key-ness and how it affects her place in the universe now that it's gone. However, when SMG left the show, the writers were forced to pursue a different plotline to give viewers a satisfactory ending. So it was supposed to be Joyce when the episode was written, but subsequent reinterpretation implies that it is actually the First.

Spike: You listen to me. [Kneels in front of her.] I've been alive a bit longer than you, and dead a lot longer than that. I've seen things you couldn't imagine, and done things I prefer you didn't. I don't exactly have a reputation for being a thinker. I follow my blood, which doesn't exactly rush in the direction of my brain. So I make a lot of mistakes, a lot of wrong bloody calls. A hundred plus years, and there's only one thing I've ever been sure of: you. [Buffy looks away; he reaches toward her face.] Hey, look at me. I'm not asking you for anything. When I say, "I love you, " it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you. And I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy.
Buffy: [Quietly.] I don't wanna be the one.

Willow is turned into a ghost. Throughout the entire episode, she can't touch anything (can't turn the pages of a book, etc.), yet towards the end when she and Giles go to Ethan's shop, and she leaves, you can hear that she opened and closed the door, even though she can walk through walls and can't actually touch the door. The curtain moves when she leaves too.

The accent that Giles uses as his teenage self is Anthony Head's natural accent.
