Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Angel - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: In the episode 'Angel', during the climax at the Bronze Buffy puts down her crossbow and walks towards Angel, about 5 steps. When Darla bursts in a few seconds later the crossbow is back at her feet. (00:36:25 - 00:37:55)

Angel - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: Vampires can't enter a house unless invited. Throughout Buffy this appears to be some kind of force field, as if the vampire has run into a brick wall. But in this episode, the vampire chasing Buffy and Angel gets its arm through Buffy's front door.

Angel - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: When Buffy leaves the Bronze (right before the Three attack her) to go home, she passes a strange-looking green-lit window. After the attack, she and Angel run past this window again, even though they're heading in the same direction Buffy was going anyway.

Angel - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: When Buffy and Angel get to Buffy's house at the beginning, Buffy starts to use a first-aid kit to patch up Angel's wound. Angel's arm goes from down by his side to up on Buffy's shoulder between cuts. (It can be hard to see since it's close to the bottom of the frame, but it's noticeable. It seems like they cut out a few seconds to quicken the pace.) She's also a little bit closer to Angel between the same cut.

Angel - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: After Giles closes the library for "filing, " we see Buffy grab a crossbow off a shelf. It is upside down when she grabs it. Instantly between cuts, it is right side up. You can tell from the grip thingy that sticks out from it. (It looks like she starts to rotate it in the first shot, but it's instantaneously flipped over in the next).

School Hard - S2-E3

Vampire: And when I kill her, it will be the greatest event since the crucifixion. And I should know, I was there.
Spike: You were there?! If every vampire who said he was actually at the crucifixion really was there, it would've been like Woodstock!

Answer: She has superpowers, ergo fast movement. The reason she outruns him so easily in "Touched" is that she stops trying to actually fight him and just dodges instead.
