Continuity mistake: Ravi walks towards Seema to kiss her and drops his phone and glasses on the couch. The phone bounces and falls on the floor. The shot changes, and the phone is now on the couch, plus the glasses have changed position.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie leaves her bag at the vet's counter, its position keeps changing depending on the shot - note the handles.

Trivia: In Sex And The City, when Carrie is talking about Natasha, she angrily says, "Say hi to Najinski or whatever her name is..." In this episode, in the will, she's named as Natasha Najinski.

Answer: Che's referring to when they officially began their affair (right after the fund-raiser auction) and had declared their feelings for one another. The kitchen incident was a separate, one-time encounter with a long gap in-between, though with an open invitation for future meet-ups.
