Inhumans Saga: Part 3: Beware the Hidden Land - S2-E4

Factual error: When the Seeker is telling the heroes the origin of the Inhumans, he tells them how Inhumans were early men who were experimented on by the Kree. When he mentions that the Inhumans' ancestors built the Great Refuge to safeguard themselves against ordinary humans, dinosaurs are visible outside the structure. Dinosaurs and man never coexisted. Man didn't appear on Earth until around 65 million years after the dinosaurs died out. (00:08:20 - 00:09:14)

Worlds Within Worlds - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When Reed is showing everyone the new element, he is wearing a white lab coat. When Sue tells him to take a night off to go to the movies, he is suddenly wearing a light-blue suit jacket, and Sue holds up a white lab coat in front of him like the one he was just wearing. Worlds Within Worlds - S2-E5

Plot hole: After Psycho-Man, disguised as Reed, lures Sue away from the outdoor tables of the cafe where she was dining with Alicia, Johnny and the real Reed walk up to Alicia a mere three seconds later and ask where Sue is. Reed and Johnny should have easily seen Psycho-Man impersonating Reed and walking away with Sue, because they approached Alicia from the street, it's not like they turned the corner out of some alley. To Battle the Living Planet - S2-E6

Other mistake: This series is in the same continuity as the other Marvel animated series that aired around the same time - X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk - by virtue of each aforementioned show crossing over with at least one of the others. However, early in this episode, the Fantastic Four receive help from the Avengers, and two of their members are Iron Man and She-Hulk. Iron Man is not a member of the Avengers in this universe, he is a member of Force Works. She-Hulk is not a member of the Avengers either. She is an attorney and is also frequently off doing missions with Bruce Banner/Hulk. (00:01:52)

More trivia for Fantastic Four: The Animated Series

Answer: Gleaned from the Internet: Much of the negative reaction was due to the poor, simplistic, and outdated quality of the animation where the characters moved stiffly and clumsily through scenes. There were also some obvious animation compositing gaffs. The animation colors were also criticized as being overly bright and cheery and out of character to the established story's darker tone. The broad humor of the first season was replaced by a more mature narrative between the characters.
